Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material upto all lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (One cement: three sand: six aggregate) or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (One Cement : three coarse sand: six graded stone) aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (one cement : five fine sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm (twelve millimeter) mud mortar, including filling joints with Sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (twenty millimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four coarse sand) : 25 mm (twenty millimeter) thick , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm (twelve millimeter) to 20 mm (twenty millimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of EngineerIn-Charge, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade ,over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) (three point eighty four killograme/ten square meter), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of mordant solution on G.S. sheet: With a solution made of 13 gms (Thirteen grames ) of hydrochloric acid in a solution of 13 gms (Thirteen grames ) each of copper chloride, copper nitrate and ammonium chloride dissolved in a litre of soft water, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
