Dismantling of old existing ACB and MCCB, Contactors etc. from LT panel after disconnecting the incomer and outgoing of the panel.

Providing of Schneider make easy pact MVS Air circuit breakers (ACB) ET6G model, triple pole 415V, AC, 50Hz, 50KA tripping of 1600 Amps EDO type

Providing of Schneider make easy pact MVS Air circuit breakers (ACB) ET6G model, triple pole 415V, AC, 50Hz, 50KA tripping of 800 Amps EDO type.

Providing & fixing of 3 Pole, 415V, AC, 50Hz, 50KA 400 Amps MCCB along with 400 Amps 3 Pole Contactors complete with auxiliary contacts and complete metering, push buttons, indicators etc.

Providing of Fabricated new panel doors made out of 16 gage CRCA sheet steel duly painted as suitable to new ACB and fixing the same at the chamber of the panel along with all the required accessories after dismantling the old door from the panel.

Providing and installation of Horizontal AL-Bus-bar of 1600 Amps current carrying capacity into the bus duct of the existing panel by making necessary alteration to the existing setting and dismantling of the old Bus bar as required, Including complete sleaving with heat shrink PVC tapes including all colour indications (R/Y/B/N) of the same with hard nut bolts, alterations includes making new links along with new ACB till Bus Bar chamber and replacement of old cracked horizontal links with new .

Providing and installation of Vertical AL-Bus-bar of 800 Amps current carrying capacity into the bus duct to the New ACB in the existing panel by making necessary alteration to the existing setting and dismantling of the old Bus bar as required, Including complete sleaving with heat shrink PVC tapes including all colour indications (R/Y/B/N) of the same with hard nut bolts, alterations includes making new links along with new ACB till Bus Bar chamber and replacement of old cracked horizontal links with new .

Matching of Control Wiring part related to the Circuit Breaker along with Digital metering Volt and ampere meters, LED Indicators etc. all re-wiring will be done using 1.5sq mm copper wire duly numbered and feruled

Final Testing & Commissioning Of ACB’s and starters along with re-painting of the complete panel. The test to be carried out are as follows: • Testing ACB and starters protection system with secondary test kit. • Meager testing of both incoming cable. • Trip test of ACB and starters off load. • General functioning test with meter calibration and CT testing etc.
