Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour ,machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required ).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: Four sand :Eight graded cursed/broken stone aggregate 40mm) (forty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials through all modes of transportion with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 25 mm nominal size plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803, 1202 and 1203, ncluding carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of column etcetra . and mass concrete complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing steel work welded in built up sections/hollow section in trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) In Single stanchions composed of rolled steel joists or channels with caps, bases splices, angles brackets etc.

Providing steel work of TATA, SAIL or RASHTRIYA ISPAT welded in built up sections/hollow section in trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government. a) In trusses and trussed purlings in buildings

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical hammer to required level as per HP.PWD specification 1990 Volume-1 including carriage of materials, labour tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mirror polished Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm (twenty five milimeter) (table rubbed and polished)of size 550x550mm(five hundred fifty into five hundred fifty milimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (one cement :four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete.treling the surface with bee waz as per H.P. PWD. Specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all iincidential charges.

Providing 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal /external plastering in all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportations with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matter paint complete as per HP.PWD., Specifications of 1990 volume-I includng carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) of Asian paints/Nerolac paints or its equarlied brand and manufacture of approved shade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces with two coats to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning / brushing the surfaces free from all dirt , dust mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surfaces upto all floor level complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the govt.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of TATA Tiscon/SAIL/Rashtria Ispat incluiding cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels in all heights including carriage of materials through all modes of transportations with in all leads and lifts and as per HP.PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
