REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT MAINTENANCE OF CENTRIFUGAL PUMP SETS, SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS, BORE WELLS GI/ DI/ PPR PIPR LINE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, BOREWELLS TESTING OF WATER AND CLEANING OF OHT UG SUMP, STARTER, VALVES, FITTINGS AND CONNECTED ALLIED WORK AT CDM

Repairs and checking any type of leakages in GI/ CI/ DI/ PP-R Pipe lines, sluice valves, gate valves of any type and size, no water supply and other water related complaints as directed.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI/ PP-R pipe line of size 20 mm dia to 40 mm bore.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI/ CI/ PP-R pipe line of size 50 mm dia to 80 mm bore.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI/ CI/ PP-R pipe line of size 90 mm dia to 150 mm bore.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI/ CI/ DI pipe line of size 200 mm dia to 300 mm bore.

M&L for attending break down of water supply pipe line at Military area / Military Roads / civil Roads / PWD Roads / Cantt board roads and repair s to CI/ DI/ PPR/ MS water mains of size 80 mm to 400 mm bore at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil, PCC, RCC, hard rock etc by manual or using special T&P such as JCB etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars, bends/ tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed including making good of disturbed surfaces.. Notes for Sl item No 1.01 to 1.06:- (a) The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days including Sundays and holidays and sufficient tradesman / resources will be deployed by him/ her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of genuine cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log book of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/ MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with JE E&M/ Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive / Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.
