SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF COMN BUNKER AT HAMIRPUR

Supply of store at FOR, shifting of store from FOR to worksite and COnstruction of Comn Bunker of size 6.92m x 3.09m with an average height of 2.40m from FFL to bottom of roof with concrete brick wall and PCC Flooring complete as per technical specification and drg enclosed. The details of store are as under :-

12 mm dia TMT bar as per IS 1786-1979, Make: TATA/SAIL/RINL/JINDAL or Equivalent to IS 1786(2008).

10 mm dia TMT bar as per IS 1786-1979, Make: TATA/SAIL/RINL/JINDAL or Equivalent to IS 1786(2008)

MS Binding wire 0.90mm dia.

Steel Roofing Trough (SRT) ISI Marked 2400MM long made out of 2mm thick. @ 37 kgs each with tolerance -2 to +5%, Hot rolled carbon steel sheet conforming to IS specification with 16 Nos 12MM dia long bolt, machine made (heavy duty) complete threaded with one nut and two washers of 30MM outer diameter and 3MM thick, per bolt, per SRT. The overall width of SRT shall be 613MM and height shall be 180MM. The SRT shall be applied with one shop coat of red oxide primer The Shape of SRT shall be regular and angle of bending shall be maintaned properly. ISMB of size 150 x 75mm and 9.50mtr long with appropriate holes shall be drilled for fixing of SRT plates.incl two coats of synthetic enamel OG paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete. MAKE : TATA STEEL/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL OR EQUIVALENT TO IS - 808(1989)

White Cement. Make : Birla White/JK White.

Integral Water proofing compound use as per manufacturer instruction. Make-Fosroc /Pidilite/Dr Fixit OR Equivalent TO IS - 2645 (2003)

HDPE sand bags of size 840 x 360mm as per IS 14252-1995 and weight of each bag not less than 100 gsm colour Khaki.

Oil Based Distember (OBD) in paste form Make : Asian/Nerolac/Berger OR EQUIVALENT TO IS - 428 (2000)
