Sch A Part-I (Wooden Furniture) Bed hard with plywood top (FD-246)

Removing existing broken long rail and supply and fix 1st class hardwood well seasoned long rail made to shape as per drg with dimension of 35 mm x 90 mm x 1980 mm.

Removing of Broken plywood Top and supply and fix new plywood 12 mm thick commercial face with BWR grade of size 1800 mm x 900 mm all as per drg.

Preparation of wood surface with emery paper and applying two coats of French polish all as directed as Engineer-in-Charge.

RECANNING OF CHAIRS(FD-17(M),FD-20(M),FD-16(M),FD-3(M) & FD-27(M))

Removing the unserviceable / worn-out cane plastic and re-canning the chairs of Chair Easy, Chair Writing, Chair dining JCO/ORs, chair D’ Man and stool dressing, with 2 mm plastic cane in centre and beading with 4 mm of white plastic cane superior quality including supply of plastic canes all as specified and shown on drawings.

FOAM WITH/WITHOUT BACK (FD-77/78(M))

Removal of U/S top plank from existing foam with & w/o back size 1800x256x 25mm and supply & fixing new teak wood planks top of size 1800x250x25mm duly polished to the existing frame with necessary nuts & bolts as per drg as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of U/S back plank from existing foam with back size 1800x150x 19mm and supply & fixing new teak wood planks back of size 1800x150x19mm duly polished to the existing frame with necessary nuts & bolts as per drg as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix new hard rubber toes (Set of 06 Nos) to the legs for form with & w/o back .

Table dining 1200x900mm (FD-291)

Removing the existing U/S top and replacing with new table top 1200 x 900 mm, made of 19 mm one side teak veneered particle board with 3 mm thick TW beading all around .

Removal of existing U/S legs replacing with new legs made out 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) 60 x60 mm at top 40 x40 mm at bottom 760mm long including providing hard rubber ring screwed with 3 mm thick TW bearing all around all as directed and shown on drg.

Removing the existing damaged braces (Side Rails) on the longer side replace with new 1st class hard wood(TW) size 25 x 100 x 1420mm all as directed and shown on drg.

Removing the existing damaged braces ( shorter rails) on the shorter side replace with new 1st class hard wood (TW) of size 25 x100x 640 mm all as directed on shown on drg .

TABLE 900 x 900 mm (FD-291)

Removing the existing U/S Top and replacing with new table top 900 x 900 mm made of 18 mm one side teak veneered particle board. with 3 mm thick TW beading duly polished all around.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES (FD/MAP/II/07)

Removing of unserviceable old defaced mirror unserviceable back ply wood of mirror frame of table dressing ladies and providing new sheet glass electro copper plated mirror 5mm thick and new plywood commercial BWR grade 6mm thick ply for back side of mirror frame and fixing to table dressing ladies including French polishing to frame to all as directed and specified and shown on drg.

Removing of unserviceable/chipped/old 18mm thick Pre laminated particle board of size 450 x 380 and fix new pre laminated particle board 18mm thick of size 450 x 380mm on the top of dressing table between the drawer as per shows on drg.

Repair of dressing table Ladies drawers to fix suitably in the channels all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHAIR DINING(FD-228,FD-279 & FD/E6/MAP-II/04)

Removing the existing unserviceable rear leg from chair Dining and Supply and Fix new Teak wood Rear leg of size 35x50 mm made to shape as shown on drg duly polished with French polish to give a glossy appearance all as specified and as directed .

Removing the existing unserviceable front leg from chair dining and supply fix new TW front leg of size 35x50 mm made to shape as shown on drg and as specified duly French polished to existing shade .

Removing the existing unserviceable side rail from chair dining and supply and fix new TW side rail of size 25x65 mm made to shape s shown on drg duly polished with French polish to give a glossy appearance all as specified and as directed .

Removing the existing unserviceable rear rail from chair dining and supply and fix new TW rear rail of size 25x65 mm made to shape shown on drg duly polished with French polish to give a glossy appearance all as specified and as directed .

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffener from chair dining and supply and fix new TW stiffener of size 20x25x430mm made to shape shown on drg duly polished with French polish to give a glossy appearance all as specified and as directed .

Removing the existing unserviceable broken top rest from chair dining and supply and fix new TW top rest of size 45x15x440mm made to shape of 45x35x440 mm as shown on drg duly polished with French polish to give a glossy appearance all as specified and as directed .(FD-228,FD-279)

Removing the old unserviceable ply top with cushion from the chair dining officers and supply and fix new 12mm ply top with cushion 75mm thick and 40 density foam with fabric cushion covered with long cloth and shall be tapestry cover of quality not less than Rs. 275 per mtr as specified in drg and approved by GE/BSO(FD/E6/MAP-II/04)

Supply and fix nylon buffer (Set of 04 Nos) to the legs for chair dining .

SCH 'A' PART II -Steel Furniture CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP IP (FD-220, FD/E6/MAP-II/01)

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken damaged ply top from Charpoy GI pipe with ply top and supply and fix new plywood top (BWR Grade, IS 303) in iron stiffener of charpoy GI through nut , bolt and washer according to the size of the charpoy and stiffener shall be painted with 02 coat of synthetic enamel paint in black colour over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fix long rail of 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade duly threaded on both side having length 1884 mm.(FD-220)

Cutting the long rail of 32mm bore GI pipe obtained from Ser No 13.2 above and modifying into short rail having minimum length of 804 mm and threading both ends as specified in the drg,(FD-220)

Cutting and modifying the dismantled short rail into legs. The length of leg shall be 377mm including threading and providing wooden plugs as specified in the drg.(FD-220)

Supply and fix three way elbow GI 32 mm bore ISI marked of weight not less than 400 gms .(FD-220)

Supply and fix check nut 32 mm dia of weight not less than 100 gms each for connecting elbows.(FD-220)

Preparation of old painted steel surface of charpoy IP with hard top and applying one coat of black synthetic enamel paint. (FD/E6/MAP-II/01)

Supply and fix new rubber toes (Set of 04 Nos) to the legs from charpoy GI Pipe with ply top(FD-220,FD-/MAP-II/01)

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARM (FD-75(M)

Removing the existing u/s wooden seat frame and replace with new seat frame made out of 1st class hard wood 40 x 25 mm (TS) duly drilled and painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint black color. The frames are to be fixed to the tubular conduit frame, using steel screw and including provision of 04 Nos PVC shoes of approved quality.

Removing the existing u/s wooden back frame and supply and fix new back frame made out of 1st class hard wood 40 x 25 mm (TS) duly drilled and painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint black color. The frames are to be fixed to the tubular conduit frame, using steel screw and including provision of 02 Nos PVC caps of top end of MS pipe frame of approved quality.

Removing the existing u/s broken arm rest wooden of chair supply and fix new well seasoned 1st class hard wood arm rest of size 400 x 50x20 mm made to shape and painted with two coat of synthetic enameled paint , fixed with steels screwed from the bottom of the tubular frame all as specified and shown in drg.

Removing the old rusted flat iron support at bottom and back of seat and replacing with new flat iron 20x3mm , 500mm long 02 Nos each at bottom and back having machine drilled hole at ends including insetting MS screws of 30mm since including fixing of Flat iron support to the steel frame by welding as shown in drg .

Preparation of old painted steel surface of chair CB steel with arm and applying one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITHOUT ARM (FD-75(M)/ FD-386)

Removing the existing U/S wooden seat frame and replace with new seat frame made out 1st Class hard wood 40 x 25 mm (TS) duly drilled and painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint black color. The frames are to be fixed to the tubular conduit frame, using steel screw and including provision of 04 Nos PVC shoes of approved quality.

Removing the existing u/s wooden back frame and supply and fix new back frame made out of 1st class hard wood 40 x 25 mm (TS) duly drilled and painted with two coat of Synthetic enamel paint black color. The frames are to be fixed to the tubular conduit frame, using steel screw and including provision of 02 Nos PVC caps of top end of MS pipe frame of approved quality.

Removing the old rusted flat iron support at bottom/back of seat and replacing of with new Flat iron 20x 3mm, 400 mm long, 02 nos each at bottom and having machine drilled hole for including inserting MS screws of 30mm and fixing the same to the steel frame , by welding as shown in drg.

Preparation of old painted steel surface of chair CB steel without arm and applying one coat of olive green synthetic enamel paint including removing the rust and carryout the welding to broken portion of steel frame chairs .

TABLE DINING ORs (FD-165)

Removing existing unserviceable table top from table dining ORs and replacing with new 19 mm particle board of BWR grade having dimensions 1900 x 685 mm as per specification.

Removing existing broken MS Squared tube 25 mm from the legs of table dining and replace with one of required length and welding to dining table where ever required all as shown in drg and as directed by engineer –in-charge and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply and fix new hard rubber toes (Set of 04 Nos) to the legs for chair dining ORs .

CHAIR VARANDAH (FD-19/228/259 & FD/E6/MAP-II/06)

Removing the old US cane plastic and removing the old paint /rust from the tubular frames and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint .

Recanning the chair verandah with new 4mm wide cane plastic of matt pattern ( as per trade pattern) to seat and back (FD-19,228/259)

Repair of Chair verandah by denting /welding etc to fix suitably are as directed and shown on drg.

Removing the broken unserviceable PVC back of Chair verandah to recanning the chair verandah with new 4mm wide cane plastic of matt pattern to seat and back as per specified in drawing.(FD/E6/MAP-II/06)

Supply and fix new hard rubber toes (Set of 04 Nos) to the legs for chair verandah .

TABLE OFFICE CLK STEEL(FD-84, FD-1004,FD-250)

Removing the existing worn out U/S table top replacing with 18mm thick particle board BWR grade of size 1200x600mm as are directed and shown on drg.

Removing the existing U/S locks and supply and fix new lock 50mm size with duplicate key of Godrej/equivalent to gore make suitable for drawers .

Preparation of old painted steel surface and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green shades internally and externally for table office clerk steel .

Repair of steel table drawers by denting /welding etc to fix suitably in the channels all as directed by Engr-in-C.

Supply and fix new hard rubber toes (Set of 04 Nos) to the legs for table office clerk steel .

Table office Officer (FD-1003)

Removing the existing worn out U/S table top replacing with 18 mm thick particle board BWR grade of size 1350x750mm as are directed and shown on drg.

Removing the existing U/S locks and supply and fix new lock 50mm size with duplicate key of Godrej/equivalent to Godrej make suitable for drawers .

Preparation of old painted steel surface and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green shades internally and externally for table office clerk steel .

Repair of steel table drawers by denting /welding etc to fix suitably in the channels all as directed by Engr-in-C.

Supply and fix new hard rubber toes (Set of 04 Nos) to the legs for table office officer .

ALMIRAH LARGE/MED WITH SHELVES STEEL(FD-67(M).

Removing the existing U/S lock, supply and fix new lock (ISI Marked) along with suitable three way lock of 55/65mm with brass lever with two key chromium plated for Almirah large with shelves steel .

All as per item No 20.1 above , but for almirah medium with shelves steel .

Removing the existing U/S handle, supply & fix new steel chromium plated handle 125mm long to the steel almirah large/ medium

Preparation of old painted steel surface of Almirah large with shelves and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green shade on both internal and external surfaces.

All as per item No ser No 20.4 but for almirah medium with shelves steel.

BED HARD STEEL(FD/E6/MAP/08 (R ))

Removing of Broken plywood Top and supply and fix new plywood 12 mm thick commercial face with BWR grade (water proofing, IS 303) according to the size and shape as per drawing.

Preparation of old painted steel surface of bed hard steel with shelves and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green shade on both internal and external surfaces.

Supply and fix new PVC toes (Set of 04 Nos) to the legs for bed hard steel.

RACK SHOE STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/02 (R))

Removing existing broken 3mm dia MS rod from the shelves of rack shoe steel and replace with one of required length and welding to rack shoe steel where ever required all as shown in drg and supply and fix hard rubber toes and as directed by engineer –in-charge and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer .

LOCKER BEDSIDE STEEL (FD-1029/257)

Supply and fixing piano hinges steel 30 x 780mm long fixed with required screws including removing existing unservicerable complete all as specified in drawng and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium 'D' handle 100mm long with screw & washer including removing existing unservicerable complete all as specified in drawng and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium Hasp & Staple 75mm with screw including removing existing unservicerable complete all as specified in drawng and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium rail 18mm dia 300mm long with both socket fixed with screw including removing existing unservicerable complete all as specified in drawng and directed by Engr-in-charge.
