Redevelopment of tube well and connected works at PH No-08 at Cantt Faizabad.

(a) Lifting of pumping set 30/35 HP capacity from bore well 300mm housing along with connected accessories such as column pipe of 150mm dia approx, submersible cable, nut, bolts etc after disconnecting of electric connection by help of chain pulley and lowering the same after development of borewell complete all as specified and directed.Each Job-01 Note:- (i) Development of borewell and connected items are measured and paid separately.(ii) All type of T & P, chain pulley & tripod,nut bolt,gasket etc required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b)Development of tube well with compressed air of capacity 300 psi and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water per hour for 36 hours. (c) M&L for packing pea gravel of size 2 to 4 mm of natural shape and packing around the assembly of borewell including filling during development upto ground level per CUM for 21 CUM. (d) Supply and fixing of ERW Casing pipe of 300mm dia and thickness 10mm along with coupler rings and welding through out circumference of the pipe. per meter for 4.3 RM. (e) Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 per Kg for 192 Kg. (f) M & L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, exc 5cm long m but n exc 10cm long per Kg for 15 Kg. (g) M&L for foundation of bore well by means of brick work concrete plastering etc as under:- (i) (a) Brick work around the bore well by half brick wall two no's one at a radius of 200 mm from Housing Pipe and another at a radius of 450 mm from housing pipe hight of wall 600 mm below ground level and 300 mm above the ground level incluiding inside & outside randering with CM 1:4 Each Job-01 (ii) (b) PCC 1:1.5:3 type B-1 with 20 mm graded stone agreegate filling in between two half brick work and 05 CM height for copping over top of brick / PCC work incluiding finishing and rendering etc Each Job-01
