Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 600x600mm of approved make in skirting/dedo laid in any portion as specified over base of 12mm thick C:C sand mortar 1:3 & jointed with white cement slurry with pigment match the tiles

Providing and fixing 1st class ceramic glazed wall size 200x300mm confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in all shades/colours as approved by Engineer inchage in skirting/dedoes over 12mm thick bed of cement sand mortar 1:3 course and jointing with grey cement slurry i/c pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades of the tiles complete HSR 14.92 (a)

20mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 on existing floor (HSR 10.41)

Cement plaster 1:4 in brick walls (HSR 15.5)

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles flats sq. bars tee and channels etc. (HSR 18.18)

Providing and fixing HDPE waterstorage tank of 500 Ltr. Sintex displast O.K. supremen make on roof on building complete in all respect as per HSR No. 30.119.

Providingg and fixing in position best Indian make ordinary lavatory suites consists consisting of lavatory in vitreous chinaware size as give below (to the approval of Engineer-in-charge) including china plug for tap hole where necessary RS or C.I. bracket for building into wall including painting , 32mm. C.P. brass waste with C.P. brass chain and rubber plug 15mm. C.P. brass screw down pillar tap with jam nuts or coupling best design (as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) all fitting best Indian make and to apprval of Engineer-in-Charge) all fitting best Indian make and to approval of Engineer-in-Charge. All brass work chromius plated and complete in all respect including cutting and making good the walls floors and painting of fittings etc. (HSR item No. 30.41 (iv)
