M&L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed including demolition of brick masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description any position not otherwise provided complete all as specified

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and under in section, in any position framed / Unframed work complete all as specified by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor and in foundation including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials )

M&L for PCC Type B1 1: 2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) Providing, cement concrete in mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as in coping ,kneelers , appex stone, etc .including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials )

M/L for Precast cement cocrete in quion blocks / bond stone and setting in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials )

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade and incl laid over 50 mm thick sand cushioning including demolition old .all as specified and as directed

Ditto as per item 8.00 above but interlocking pavour block with pigment .

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx 30cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors with grey cement and pigments including dismantling old complete all as specified and directed

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in road side parapet / Drain all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 11.00 but except stone complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Boulder filling, laid dry, hand packed tightly as in back filling of retaining wall complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC SWR pipes 75 mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in wheep holes complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete in surface channel and drain type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) nd finishing surface even without using extra cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L Rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonery surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc. all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel section for fencing post including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concerete etc complete all as specified.including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials )

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, fixed in chainlink fencing including necessary welding work all as specified and as directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed screwed bothe ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing mild steel galvanised including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provn of binidng wire complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour Framed work such as grills, gratings,railing etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4 Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified.

S&F for 15mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/roofs etc complete all as specified. Including taking up or down steel tubing and connections upto 15mm bore.

S&F in repair stop valve 15 mm cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end for iron pipe or for union etc complete all as specified.

M & L for 1000 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including PTMT float valve of 15 mm dia and taking down old unserviceble PVC water tank all as specified in SSR Part-I completed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair, traffic safety convex mirror polycarbonate of 800 mm dia with adjustable brackets and nut bolts fixed over post of 50mm dia 2 metre long, made of MS pipe painted in white including necessary earthwork excavation and PCC 1:2:4 of size 450mmx450mmx600mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of rolling shutters of width and height n exc 4 mtr including necessary welding arrangement and repair / refixing of small parts like ball bearing etc,,and greesing / oiling and make workable conditon all as specified and as dircted.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof with liquid water proofing compound surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

M&L, applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surface for laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified icluding taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and removal rubbish off the premises .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete, roof slab padding preparatory to roof treatment, complete all as specified including demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing off the rubbish materials.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 112016.60 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
