Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads and lifts. Disposing earth to be levelled and neatly dressed pick jumper work within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1ccement :3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing andf laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D Specification.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

i) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) within all leads and lifts an da directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed as panelled and glazed shutters for door, windows, and clerestory window including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screwswith (40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood. With in all leads and lift.

Half Brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks above plinth upto floor two level in cm 1:4(1cement:4sand)conventiohal brick first class

Wall painting (Two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matt finish to the surface complete.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters.
