SPECIAL REPAIR BY PROVIDING INTERLOCK PAVER BLOCK/SIDE DRAIN ON SULAKHERI TO DHAUJ BUND IN KM 0.00 to 0.17 IN FARIDABAD DISTRICT [ROAD ID: 3311] [Re-invited]

Dismantling of existing CC block pavement including transporting and stacking usable block along road side and dispose unusable blocks outside PWD land or desired by Engineer (NS)

Providing & laying stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in two layer of 75 mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects

Providing and laying 75/225 mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - III of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Material and operation manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing & laying 80mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks (Confirming to IS: 15658 of -2006/IRC SP-63-2004) of all shapes and colours of design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect (HSR 10.159)

Relaying old CC blocks over 25 mm thick fine sand including transportation from road side where stacked excluding cost of CC blocks and complete in all respect as per specifications (NS).

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soild, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and side of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of compaction and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres ( HSR 6.6 )

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal sie in foundation and plinth [HSR 10.28]

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal size in foundation and plinth [HSR 10.39]

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth [HSR 10.41]

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth [HSR 11.4]

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4. (HSR 15.5)

Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety on brick and Tile work [HSR 15.60]

Steel reinforcement TMT bars Fe-500 EQR /Fe-500 D grade or more for RCC works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including straightening,bending, binding wastage,overlaps,welded joints,spacer bars,chairs,stays,hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete.in all respect for all height/depth/storey/basement etc., Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, coupling, welded joints, spacers bars, chair, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall be deemed to be included in rate of reinforcement [HSR 18.22]

Providing, lowering, cutting , jointing and testing 600 mm dia RCC pipe Class NP-3 as per IS 458-2003 with Spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked Sulphate Resistance Cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked, antitermite as required at site, into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignments, gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches, if required, jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1: 1 ½ cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc. as fully described in [ HSR item No. 29.38 , 29.44, 29.45 & 29.46 ) including cartage, loading and unloading complete in all respects. Note :- Contractor shall supply bill of manufacture of pipes. Pipes should bear name of manufacturer and ISI mark along with bill duly valid ISI certificate of manufacturer should be supply. Without these bills certificate no payment shall be released.
