S&F for 40mm dia galvanised iron pipe with all fittings, medium grade, laid in trench, for mechanical protection of earth strip of chemical earthing, etc. including taking down unserviceable steel tubing connections and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long air termination, single pointed after taking down old unserviceable air termination rod complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 20x3mm copper strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc including taking down old unserviceable strip in any position and situation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 25x3mm aluminium strip as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc including taking down old unserviceable strip in any position and situation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 600x600x3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m below ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20x3mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers, made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade' for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC pit in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT bars @100mm centre to centre both ways, galvanised iron wiremesh, funnel, galvanised iron watering pipe 20mm bore 'medium grade', including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50m all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion including taking down old existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, etc. and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody of serviceable one or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable,1100 volts grade as per IS-694 drawn through and including PVC casing and capping (not less than 20mm wide) complete with all acessories including PVC board/ box of suitable size for mounting of switches, sockets, regulators, etc. including 1.5 sq mm stranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth continuity conductor for one light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete by maintaining the colour code complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and drawing submain wiring with two runs of single core 6 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 vots grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including provision od 1x6 sq.mm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MCB DB/main switch of any size and making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out old existing unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing to walls/poles including segregating of serviceable materials such as bricks, cables, etc. and kept in safe custody serviceable materials for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Laying only old brick laid flat equal to width of bricks perpendicular to under ground cable over the sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Serviceable bricks obtained from taking down/out shall re-used.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured and paid.

S&F sub-class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated cable heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 sq.mm, 4 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipe/on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and footing for holes, etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs notice board pinup type, soft board core, framed in double sided carved aluminium section and silver anodised with plastic corners and with necessary hanging arrangement on wall complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The size of notice board shall be as required by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
