Body Repair work:- Remove the entire platform and repairing OF THE structural members as needed. Fabricating of gussets of the correct dimensions wherever are essential. Repairing of damaged platform plate by securely appropriate size of correction metal sheet.

Repairing of both the exterior and interior panel of LH and RH side cabin door beadings, handles and latches etc. as requires.

Repairing of LH and RH side footrests of the cabin by fabricating and installing metal sheet of the required dimensions.

Complete roof top fiber coating to be done to arrest water leaking (double coating).

Repair the front and rear wheel arches on both LS and RH side with new frameworks and plating. Fit mudguards equipped with an equal number of aluminum strip plates. Finish the mudguards with two layers of anti- corrosive paint before applying a final coat of black synthetic enamel paint.

Repair the damaged structure and panels of the load body by fabricating with new correct thickness panel plates and supporting angle section as needed.

Replace all cabin seat rexin covers including the driver’s seat with high - quality rexin. New upholstery should cover the entire cabin interior, complete with the provision of new floor mats and foot maps.

Fabrication of the load body’s single tailgate into a seat of twin doors design to open outwards. Divide the load into two sections, and construct a central partition with a set of twin doors that also open outwards as like as the rear twin tail gates

Repair the front windshield glass framework and water channels, which include replacement of front wind shield glass rubber beading with a new one.

Fabrication of support bracket for radiator reservoir tank.

Replacement of LH and RH side view mirrors.

Complete painting of bus body inside and outside (including chassis frame) as per existing colour scheme using ASPA/Dulux paint. Complete stickering of logo of state transport service as per existing pattern in bilingual to be done on LHS & RHS body including STS control room phone number, Tender exact change, senior citizen, Handicapped, ladies, please Demand Ticket, bus conductor etc.

Electrical Repair Works:- Complete wiring harness set to be renewed and all electrical fitting like roof light, indicator assy, head light assy, Back light assy and wiper arm blades to be fitted with new one.

Self starter overhauling is to be done including replacement of defective starter components which ever is necessary.

Mechanical Repair Works:- Complete brake overhauling is to be done including replacement of defective brake lining and any other brake components as deemed necessary.

Gear box overhauling is to be done including replacement of defective brake and pressure plate whichever is necessary.

Complete steering overhauling is to be done including replacement of drag link and tie rod ball socket ends as deemed necessary.

Replacement of radiator assy.., Air filterAssy, with metal pipes and hoses and tapped cover gasket.

Engine servicing to be done including replacement of engine oil, steering oil, fuel filters and differential oil etc.

Replacement of one no. Stepneytyre.

Hydraulic oil leakage from hydraulic system to be rectified.

Complete suspension overhauling is to be done including replacement of damage shackles, pins, brackets and leaves as deemed necessary.
