Special repair to PS tank at 19 Wing, AF under GE (AF) Borjhar

Supply and Install of SOVISY-SMC GRP panel tank with ISI Marked Capacity 60000 Ltr Size (5mx6mx2m) as per IS-14399. GRP Tank shall be suitable for Wind Force upto 60 m/sec, Ambient temp 55 degree C (Max), Water Temp 65 degree C (Max), Seismic Zone V/ VI the GRP tank shall have the following accessories :- (i) corner frame - HDG Steel Vertical Corner Angle (ii) Sealing Tape - Non Toxic - 3mm thick with high level of resistance to ageing and superior recovery from compression (Make: Norseal by Saint Gobain, USA) (iii) Air Vent - Mosquito proof - Mosquito proof mesh Air Vent 100 dia. (iv) Ladders (height of tank) - 1 each - outside - Galvanised with Fixing arrangement. Internal ladder - FRP (If tank height is more than 1 meter)

M&L for scrapping and Painting of existing Steel Structure of 40' height of PS Tank at Domestic Pump House location. Scraping will be carried out throughly of complete steel structure including ladder. After scrapping one coat of superior quality primer will be applied to complete steel structure. After drying two coat of aluminium paints of fast-drying, excellent corrosion resistance, water impermeability, heat resistance type will be done to the complete steel structure. Note : (i) During scrapping if any MS angle found completly rusted/damaged that will be replaced at without any extra cost. (ii) Any broken welding will be repaired /refixed before applying the primer coating. (iii) Tightening of all loose nut bolts of steel structure shall be carried out before primer coating. (iv) Cost of scaffolding requried for scrapping/painting work of 40' height of steel structure shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for making of fabrication steel structure on top of the existing steel structure of approx 40 feet height. The fabrication of steel structure shall be made by the following materials :- (i) Main beam of ISMB 350x140mm (ISI Marked) of approx length 8.6mtr = 04 Nos (ii) Floor beam of ISMB 250x125mm (ISI Marked) of approx length 8.6mtr = 09 Nos (iii) ISMC 100 (ISI Marked) of approx length 8.6mtr = 09 Nos (iv) MS Chequered plate of 5mm thickness (ISI Marked) of size 8.6x1mtr = 02 Nos (v) MS Chequered plate of 5mm thickness (ISI Marked) of size 6.6x1mtr = 02 Nos Main beam shall be fixed on the top of the existing steel structure of 40 feet height and the floor beam shall be fixed perpendicular of main beam at a equidistant of 1 mtr. ISMC 100mm shall be fixed perpendicular of floor beam at a equidistant of 1mtr. MS chequered plate shall be fixed all around of SMC GRP tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Dismantling of old PS tank coroded plate (24'x24'x8') from the top of the existing steel sturcture of 40' height, including existing coroded/damaged Main beam, floor beam, ISMC, MS chequered plate etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Sr Item No. 3.00 & 4.00 : The rate shall be deemed to be included with necessary scaffolding, taking safely measures of workmen and surroundings.

Material and Labour with PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipe with flanged-end (both side),class K-9 confirming to IS:8329/2000 suitable for both end flanged joint of 100 mm bore including leather gasket of superior quality of minimum 4mm thickness, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed Note:- Inner surface of pipe should have cement mortar lining with sulphur resistant cement and outer surface should have metalic zinc coating with finishing coat of back bituminous paint.

Supply and fix centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipe with Flanged-end (both side),class K-9 conforming to IS:8329/2000 both end flanged joint of 150 mm bore including leather gasket of superior quality minimum 4mm thickness and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed Note:- Inner surface of pipe should have cement mortar lining with sulphur resistant cement and outer surface should have metalic zinc coating with finishing coat of back bituminous paint.

S&F Ductile Iron pipe both end flanged type of 0.5 m long Class K-9 conforming to IS:8329/2000 suitable for rubber / leather gasket joint of 100mm bore including leather gasket of minimum 4mm thickness and nut,bolts & washers of suitable sizes and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ductile Iron pipe both end flanged type of 1.0 m long Class K-9 conforming to IS:8329/2000 suitable for rubber / leather gasket joint of 100mm bore including leather gasket of minimum 4mm thickness and nut,bolts & washers of suitable sizes and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
