Construction of 1 no. PLC based water purification plant of 0.50 MLD capacity including Const. of inlet box , inlet channel, vaccume chlorination gasses type system ,alum dozing flash mixing clri-floculator, filter box, over head reservoir for back wash including pump sets and electric control panel, waste water tank, altrasonic flow meter in inlet channel and 250 mm full bore electromeganitic flow meter in outlet pipeline including pumping sets, and electric control panel complete in all respect ( as per approved DNIT)

The Electrical HT Substation shall be provided to accommodate HT Components comprising Metering Kiosk, HT Panel, Indoor Transformers with foundation and around the platform safety fencing wire 1.52 mtr height and Power Control Centers. Exhaust Fans and Safety Equipment’s including Sand Buckets, Fire Extinguishers and Fire Alarms etc. complete as per specifications The scope of work shall cover but not restricted to the following ? Supplying, Laying, Fixing and jointing of suitable size Aluminum Conductor XLPE Cables from GO switch to Metering Panel to 11 KV VCB Panel and from there to primary of Suitable rating Step down Transformers at site ? Supplying and Installation of one suitable rating VCB Panel suitable for fault level of 350 MVA at 11 KV with necessary controls and protections. ? Supplying and Installation of 1 (1W) suitable rating 11 KV/ 433 V Step down Power Transformers, outdoor Type. ? PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed Aluminum Conductor 1.1 KV grade Armoured Cables of suitable cross section for connection between secondary of Transformer and the Incomer of Main Electrical Panel and from starter feeders in Main Panel to the respective Local Control Panels in respective Pump Houses and from their to Junction Boxes for all prime movers. ? Automatic Power Factor correction Panel with suitable relays and capacitors banks, with cable connections with the Main Electrical Panel. Necessary arrangement for firefighting will also be included in the scope of work. ? Batteries and Battery Charger,Earthling and lightening protection as per Indian Electricity Rules and Standards shall be provided. ? HT connection approved as per Indian Electricity Rules and Standards shall be provided and all expensive own cost by agency.

Supply erection, testing of light fitting including wire in the pump chamber with material upto 10 points including switch, button, plug, pvc conduit pipe and copper wire etc. as per approved specification.

Supplying erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for motors with under ground system in PVC and flexible pipes copper wire complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. complete in respects. 6 SQM

Lowering of sub-soil water level upto bottom of the foundation concrete of the Structures by providing well point system on both side of the trench including cost of 100 mm dia boring. Providing and installing pipes 100 mm dia for the bore developing for a successful bore, providing and installation of pumping machinery, suction/delivery pipes, disposal of water 20 mtr away from bore point including cost of repair maintenance, running cost machinery, and diesel oil charges, consumable items, pay of the operational staff, and dismantling of the pumping machinery, and filling the bores with sand after use and reinstallation the same to the next site for repeating of the above process of well point system, if required complete construction/testing of the structures. under dry condition Nothing extra will be paid for any difficulties met with during execution/construction, This, item is only payable for after Completion of Structures and notihing shall be payable if the water table is lowered and construction work is delayed or not done due to any reason what so far.

Providing and Installing of Horizontal Centrifugal Pumping set of 500LPM with 12Mtr. Head driven with electric Motor Complete in all respect.

Operation and Maintenance for complete scope of work covered under this contract as well as existing structures of water works and existing distribution system of this water supply scheme (Banmandori), complete in all respect, as per O and M schedule for a period of 5 year after successful completion of 12 month`s defect liability period and 3 Months trial run complete in all respect as per approved NIT.
