Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc including cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in pre mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum stone chippings 6.30 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, vegetation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm of road surfaces and providing for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chippings mixed with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required smooth surface , camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm) to make good the cut edges of roads etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of dual directional reflective cat eye of impact resistant ABS plastic stud 100 x 100 mm having ultra violet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with plastic strip containing 1x2=62 mini retro reflective beads of colour white/red/yellow to a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12 mm and of length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting lines, dashes,arrows, letter etc. on roads, pavements 10 cm wide providing and applying 2 mm thick marking strips (with reflective glass beads on top) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material fully/semi automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including preparation of new/previously treated surfaces, cleaning surface of all dirt, scales, oils, grease and foreign material etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Add to last item for every 3 cm or part there of above 15 cm average depth, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Same rate shall apply in case of reduction in depth by 3 cm or part thereof.

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for soiling 150 mm thick with broken boulder or quarried stone, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, with lime stone or sand stone, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 or 3, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and required with lime stone or sand stone, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) (VG-10) Viscocity Grade -10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surfaces and providing for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete, 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required smooth surrface, camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing whre directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous brick edging with old size bricks with width equal to width of brick, laid dry on edge vertically, complete all as specified and directed.
