Requiredc) The bidder should have similar experience/Work order/LOA in providing Black colored LLDPE (Linear Low Density) Polythene garbage bags (approx.. 100% of estimated value) in any State/Central Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU Departments/ ULBs for in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years

Requiredd) The bidder should have minimum turnover in any one year during the last (3) consecutive financial years of with value of work as 7.02 Lakhs.

Requirede) The bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)

Requiredf) The bidder shall submit the self-declaration on blacklisting/Vigilance litigation history.
