Earth work in cutting or in embankment in Back cotton soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding royality) SI No. 253

Providing and Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of raod surface any spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means. As per M.O.R.T.&H. specification clause 5.1 SI No -502

Providing and Applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Pressiure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 III

Providing and laying 20 mm thick open-graded premix carpet using Bitumen VG-10 composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates to required line, grade and evel II serve as per MORD Specific 508 Clause by HMP

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Supply and fixing of Road Sign Board of approved drawing and design including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
