Supply & Installation of 6M HEIGHT ARCHITECTURAL SINGLE ARM CONICAL POLE, 6M Height Conical Single Arm pole is made of in combination of conical section made of High tensile MS Sheet(3mm thick) with top dia. 75mm & bottom dia. 140mm. & Bracket made in combination of 76mm dia. (vertical) & 60mm dia. MS pipe (horizontal), to get 500mm arm length. Entire pole shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics as approved by Concerned Engineer in-charge. After Fabrication, Entire Pole is hot dip galvanized (60 microns Minimum ) for the effective corrosion resistance. The hot dip Galvanised pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box to fix 32A connectors and 6A MCB, at the bottom - the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. The pole to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation. wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole strength. Pole & it's parts are painted in 3 layer coating(coating thickness-100 microns minimum) in which 1st layer with etch primer, 2nd layer with epoxy primer & 3rd final layer with PU paint.

Smart Street Lighting Controller A Smart Street Lighting Controller (SLC) with Following Specficiation is integrated with the light fixture through an IP-65 NEMA socket to facilitate the Individual monitoring & control (On/Off,dimming,..) of each light FIxture.Operating Voltage Range-120V AC - 290V AC High Input Voltage ,SLC should be able to withstand 440Vac input for at least 8 hours. Power Consumption should be less than 6W during active mode. SLC should able to measure Ac Voltage, AC Current and Power with Class2 accuracy, Dimming Shall Support 1-10V Dimming. Adequate Surge Protection Shall be given inside the SLC in addition to the surge protection in the light fixture. SLC shall be capable of controlling and Monitoring Single Light. One SLC shall be used for one light fixture. SLC shall have an On Board Temperature Sensor. SLC shall support integration of at least one external sensor which if required shall be intimated at the time of LOA. Photocell shall be provided. Communication shall be through 865Mhz RF mesh network. SLC shall switch on/off the lamps as per photocell or can be over-riden through online software. Time based switching also should be possible through the gateway. Even if there is any failure in communication. Switching capacity shall be for a load of at least 500W @ 230V.SLC shall be able to detect detect Driver faults, Flickering Fault, High Input Voltage Fault, Low Input Voltage Fault, Dimming Fault, SLC Self Diagnostic check, Protections SLC shall have built in feature to protect Driver/Lights from High Voltage/Low Voltage cutoff/cutin. This feature should be programmable.Operating Conditions -20 Deg C to +60 Deg C, Storage Temperature -40 Deg C to +85 deg C. The SLC shall be capable of dimming or switching on/off based on sensor inputs that will come through the gateway. For example, motion sensors may connect wirelessly to the gateway and the SLC shall be capable of performing actions based on the sensor signals.

Communication shall be through 865Mhz RF mesh network. SLC shall switch on/off the lamps as per photocell or can be over-riden through online software. Time based switching also should be possible through the gateway. Even if there is any failure in communication.
