Providing Suitable grade bearing Oil (about 2 ltrs) including consumables suitable for M/s TECHNO Make Lift etc., as required

Replacement of below mentioned electrical/mechanical spares/components (suitable for existing 13 passenger lift M/s Techno make) in the existing lift shaft/car/machine room including dismantling the faulty/wornout components, testing etc as required a) Pod Door contacts Male and Female

SUB HEAD-II CMC OF 2 NOS LIFTS (M/s TECHNO Make) Comprehensive and preventive maintenance of 2 Nos. 13 Passengers lifts (1 No. lift Ground + 6 floors and 1 No. lift Basement + Ground + 6 floors) and attending complaints for the developed fault in the lift (within reasonable time on intimation over phone / fax / entering in complaint register / E-Mail) including identifying of fault, replacement of all faulty spares, making the lift run in good working condition. Servicing of lift, identifying of fault, including replacement of spares. Servicing to be done minimum once in a calendar month.
