Supply of 11KV , 3 core 300 sq.mm. A2XFY Al. armoured XLPE cable through conventional open trenching method in any type of soil including hard laterite.

Supply of 3 core, 95 sq.mm Aluminium, XLPE insulated armoured, 11KV (earthed neutral) Cable for connecting to the distribution transformer centres and 11 KV HT installations and any other equipments. (from RMU to Transformer / HT Consumers)

Supply of 11KV,630amps,out door,SF6 Ring Main Unit with two load break Switch and one Circuit breaker confirming to international standard and complete with fault passage indicator other accessories.

Supply of 11KV,630amps,out door,SF6 Ring Main Unit with Four load break Switch confirming to international standard and complete with fault passage indicator other accessories.

Supply of 11KV,630amps,out door,SF6 Ring Main Unit with Three load break Switch confirming to international standard and complete with fault passage indicator other accessories.

Supply of out door type end termination Raychem heat shrinkable kit for 11KV XLPE cable of size 3x300 sq.mm including sockets / lugs / connectors etc alongwith cable glands at 11KV take off gantry at 33/11KV sub-station and and at Overhead Poles.

Supply of indoor type end termination Raychem heat shrinkable kit for 11KV XLPE cable of size 3x300 sq.mm including sockets / lugs / connectors etc alongwith cable glands at 11KV Ring Main Unit and two way on load switch (DEOS). ( 4 for each 4WDEOS, 3 for each 3WDEOS and 2 for each FRMU )

Supply of termination of indoor type end termination heat shrinkable kit for 11KV XLPE cable of size 95sqmm including sockets / lugs / connectors etc alongwith cable glands at 11KV Ring Main Unit.

Supply of termination of outdoor type end termination heat shrinkable kit for 11KV XLPE cable of size 95sqmm including sockets / lugs / connectors etc alongwith cable glands at Transformer centre AB Switch

Supply of XLPE heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit for 300 sq.mm, 3 core, 11KV XLPE cable.

Supply of precast RCC hume pipe of size 150 mm with required number of collars using cement mortar 1:2 for road crossing and at any other crossing as ordered.

Supply of Class B Gi pipe of Diameter 150mm

Supply and laying of RCC protective covers of size 600mm length x 250mm width x 37mm thick (36860/0.6) (including laying)

Supply and laying of river sand for cushioning of 11 KV XLPE cable.

Supply of cable route Makers (for entire route length) at 50 Mts each

Supply of GI Riser Pipe 100mm, class B, for 95 sq. mm. cable support , 3.5Mts. for each DP.(3.5Mts x61)

Supply of earthing with 40mm dia x 2.5 mts long class B GI pipe, with charcoal, salt, inserted in pit excavated of size not less than 500mm x 500mm x 2400mm as per Drg No. CEE/E 829( 2 for each RMU and DEOS)

Supply of HDG Strip 25mm x 5 mm for connecting earthing for RMU and DEOS (6 mts for each RMU)

Supply and laying of Bricks for saparation of 2cables(taken as 40 percent of route length) (36860x0.4 equals to 14744Mts) (14744x5)

Supply and laying of Warning tape (excavation route length)

Providing and laying in position cement concreate 1 is to 2 is to 4(1 Cement is to 2 coarse sand is to 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone agregate 40mm nominal size for foundations of RMU and DEOS(0.5 cu mt/ Per RMU/DEOS)

Centering and shuttering including struttings,propping etc. and removal of form work for the foundation ,footing,bases of column and mass concrete for RMU and DEOS(3.50sq.mt per DEOs/RMU) (including labor charges)
