Name of the work : 1.Upgradation of Road from 54 Pudur Ammankovil to Shanmugariver Road Km 0/0 - 1/730 (R - 391) Thoppampatti Block in Dindugul District Estimate amount : Rs. 340.03 Lakhs
Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.
Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A
Collection and supply of Gritty Gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS.
Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20% & 2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%) & (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% respectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix - in - place method) GSB-III.
Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.
Providing and Applying Primer Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of Granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.
Providing and laying Tack Coat Over WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of Bitumen Emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,
BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING CMP (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5 - 2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30 / VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 - 30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory / phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 -30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, vibratory / phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5.
