Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description in any position and removing debris outside MD land as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as a leveling course/ padding on roof / chajja top surfaces to maintain proper slope and finished fair and even complete all as specified

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, as roof kerbs / padding, using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction etc complete all as specified. (Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately).

Material & Labour for Wire brushing and cleaning top cement concrete surface of roof / chajja including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and applying blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per Sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cum per Sqm, and lightly tampered (area of flashings) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for chicken wiremesh of galvanised steel 0.7mm dia of wire having mesh size 25x25 mm fixing on top of roof/ chajja complete all as specified & as directed by EIC.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster (1:3) mixed with WPC by weight of 3% of total cement on roof top surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measuerd and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound .

Material & labour for preparing roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprising of the following activities:- (a) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg per Sqm. (b) Providing and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) . The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application method with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap and ensure that a constant flow of bitumen is maintained across the whole width of a role and that a bead of bitumen is extruded from all edges to obtain a good seal.The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. All the edges of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. (c) Ponding test including supply of water for 72 hours after completion of water proofing work. Notes - (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. ii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. iii) Quoted rate shall include disconnecting and refixing of existing AC units/PVC water tank existing on roof top including necessary fittings if damaged.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; (with grey cement & no pigments) laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 1000 lit and n exc 2000 lit capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Note-Cleaning, repairing, water tank shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge, hard concrete should not be removed by force including necessary scaffolding for high rise bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete.

Material & labour for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling and scaffolding for high rise buildings etc complete

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 10 mm thick base coat and 5 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing 12 mm dia holes of 75mm deep @0.6 m c/c at junction of beams and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting/pouring mixture of resin base latex polymer and cement slurry by pressure grouting for column, beams and slabs, including sealing the holes with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns/RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor / deficient reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
