Notes for serial item No - 01& 2 :- (i) The contractor’s quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the working in foul and unhygienic conditions. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Contractor shall take all safety precautions into account and all safety tools shall be provided by the contractor to all working staff. In case of any mishappening / casualty happens to men/animal/cattle etc, no claim whatsoever in this respect will be admissible, the entire responsibility shall be of the contractor and no compensation will be entertained in this regard by the department. Insurance, compensation to persons etc shall be liability of the contractor. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (contd..) (ii) The contractor shall be responsible for making good the damages occurred due to negligence in workmanship during cleaning of chamber / tank. The decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final and binding with regard to a particular defects / damages / breakage of existing equipments / lines / structures etc during cleaning which may be caused due to contractor’s people. (iii) No T&P shall be supplied by the department.

Material & labour for maintenace, treating and monitoring the raw sewage by adding required chemical in proper and specified qty to reduce the level of pollution in the wastewater to the limits specied and make water suitable for use in horticulture/arboricalture use.

Poly Electrolyte Solution

Testing of sewage effluent at the inlet of raw sewage sump and equalization tank and out let of treated water tank / chlorine contract tank, sampling and analysis to be carried out from NABL accredited authorized Lab as per IS-3025 for essential parameters such as BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, PH, Coli form oil & grease etc and submitting test results to Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Samples of raw sewage & post treated sewage water to be collected by the contractor in presence of representative of Engineer-in-Charge every month & results of the test shall be submitted to depatment.

M&L for taking out unserviceable SBR Feed Pump with electric motor 20 HP after disconnecting all electrical connections etc., dismantling & cleaning of pump set, removing the burnt winding, repair to damaged slots and rewinding the motor with new super enameled copper wire of same gauge with equal number of turns, varnishing, taping with cotton taps & drying including replacement of unserviceable minor parts such as seals, nut bolts, screws etc and re-assembling the pump set and re-installation at site, commissioning the pump set and testing on full load for 8 Hrs, including shifting to & from workshop, complete, all as specified & directed.

Notes :- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be included in quoted rate (ii) Unit rate (quoted by the tenderer) shall be deemed to include for minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding.

M&L for taking out unserviceable non clog submersible sewage pump 4 KW/ 5.5 HP of make KSB model KRTU-100 from the sump including all vertical pipe/hose pipe, disconnecting all electrical & water connections etc. & dismantling the pump set, cleaning of sludge/mud etc., removing the burnt winding coils & rewinding the motor with cable round type, 7 core, 10 mtr long super enamelled copper wire of same gauge with equal number of turns including replacement of unserviceable parts such as oil seals (2 Nos), ,transformer oil if required , bearing bushes (01 No), cable seal (01 No), rubber gasket bolts (04 Nos) & nuts 5/8"x3" (8 Nos) of existing make & type including necessary high carbon steel nuts & bolts etc of suitable sizes & re-assembling the pump set and lowering the pump in sewage sump including connections of all vertical hose pipes including all necessary clamps 80mm with nuts, bolts & gaskets complete, commissioning the pump set and testing on full load for 8 Hrs, complete, all as specified & directed.
