Note For Item No. 2.00, 3.00 here-in-after:- After opening of Financial Bid, if it is found out that quoted rates are below the existing minimum labour wages rates of semi-skilled labour as prescribed by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as GST @ 18 %, ESI @3.25 %, Labour welfare cess @ 1 %, EPF @ 13 % and Bonus, ( as applicable), than Accepting officer at his sole discretion, has the rights to reject the quoted bid and the same shall be treated as “Non-Bonafide”. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids for acceptance. Quotations with '0.00' consideration (overhead and profit) shall be considered as “Non-Bonafide”.

Manning and Operation of 02 Nos Air conditioning plants (Make : Carreir) installed at MSL Shed NO-01 and 02, of capacity 3 x 80 TR (02 Working and 01 stand by) with 01 Refrigeration Mechanic in each shift for 03 shifts of 8 hours per day, continuous operation including Sunday and Holiday during Summer/Monsoon/Winter including AHUs and other related equipment such as water cooled chilled water plant with compressors with microprocessor controller ,Chilled water pumps with motors, Condenser water pumps with motors, Variable frequency drives for pumps with total controls ,chilled, condenser and hot water piping with butter fly valves, balancing valves, check valves, NRV, ‘Y’ strainers, Air separator, pressure gauge, thermometer, water flow switch, ball valves, GI ducting with insulation & dampers, Aluminium powder coated diffusers / Grills ,Cables, Cable trays, and earthing strip, fuses etc. for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired temperature condition at Kanaser including checking of voltage, frequency, power factor etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-Contractor shall maintain temperature 20+5°C and RH 50 + 5%) ( One Operator in One shift is consider as 1 day) ( Rate is to be quoted in item 2.30, 2.40, 2.50, 2.60, 2.70 here-in-after)

Note for item no 2.00 :- (a). Timing of shifts shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) General cleaning of AC plant bldg , cleaning of plant, machinery, LT panels, AHUs including cleaning and washing of AHU filters in every 15 days shall be carried out by the contractor on the regular basis, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item. (c) Cost of peripherals & petty items such as gland dori, oiling/greasing to moving parts of pumps and motors, Fan belt of AHU, nuts and bolts of AHU pully, lathe machine work for pully/shaft of AHU, PVC insulation tape wherever required and cost of broom sticks, cotton waste dhoties etc for cleaning of machinery, LT panels, pumps etc for installations shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item.(d) Cost of log sheets for AC Plant, etc for daily running records in booklet form for a calendar month as per approved sample and as directed by Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Note for item no 2.00 (e) Operators for AC plants should be ITI qualified or having minimum three years of experience. (f) Necessary tools and plants required for efficient maintenance of AC Plants including required minor stores shall be provided by the contractor and the rates are inclusive in the quoted rates. (g) Cost of uniform (Pent and shirt) and electric shock proof shoes (two times in the year) approved by Engineer-in-Charge included in rates quoted by tenderer. (h) The contractor shall install biometric attendance machine at installation and attendance record be maintained.

Basic Rate of semi-skilled labour for One Shift per days for Manning and Operation of AC plants as mentioned in item 2.00, 2.10, 2.20

Manning and operation of DG Set for standby electricity with one FGM in each shift of eight hours for three shift round the clock (Timing of shifts shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) for operating of DG Sets of capacity 625 KVA installed for A/C plants MSL Shed No 1 & 2 at Kanasar including cleaning of installation and equipment properly to keep dust free all the time all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( The DG Sets shall run only in case of failure of electricity and DHPP will be issued by the department under Sch `B' free of cost for running of DG Sets only ) ( One Operator in One shift is consider as 1 day) ( Rate is to be quoted in item 3.20, 3.30, 3.40, 3.50, 3.60 here-in-after)

Note (For Schedule 'A' Item No. 3.00) :- ( a) Rates quoted by tenderer is deemed to include following: - (i) General cleaning of DG Set rooms with cleaning of plants machinery, LT Panels, DG Sets, filter battery terminals. (ii) Cost of log sheets for DG Sets for daily running records in booklet form for a day complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per sample supplied here-in-after in the CA. (iii) Cost of perishable & petty items such as oiling/greasing to moving parts generators, PVC insulation tapes wherever required and cost of broom sticks, cotton waste, dhoties etc for cleaning of machinery, LT panels, DG sets etc for installation shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) If any loss/damage takes place during operation of DG Sets the same shall be made good by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by tenderer. (v) FGM should be ITI qualified / 02 years experience in the field.(vi) Necessary tools and plants required for efficient maintenance of AC Plants including required minor stores shall be provided by the contractor and the rates are inclusive in the quoted rates. (vii) Cost of Uniform (Pent & Shirt ) and electric shock proof shoes (two times in the year) approved by Engineer-in-Charge included in this rate. (viii) All the payment to be released to the contractor as per biometric record.

Maintenance, periodical inspection (Once in six months), servicing/ repair of Air conditioning plants (03x80 TR) 02 Nos water cooled chiller (02 Working and 01 stand by) (Make : Carrier) installed at 27 FAD Kanasar, by OEM services professional and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected , for smooth and efficient functioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable monoblock pump set with motor 3 phase 415 volts, 10 HP at 2880 RPM, strip opening and taking out of rotor carefully cleaning of rotor and stator, taking out burnt stator, winding without damage to stator body, rewinding the electric motor with super enameled copper conductor (wire) including providing insulating Mika Paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves varnish the winding complete, assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, testing of motor for full RPM and full discharge water after coupling with pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of pump set: Crompton Greaves.

Dismantling and strip opening of unserviceable monoblock pump set cap 10HP/7.5 HP segregating of serviceable/unserviceable parts cleaning of serviceable parts, assemble pump carefully including replacement of worn-out parts grinding and polishing of shaft for fixing of bushes necking bushes, nuts and bolts, making proper size of keys for fixing of impeller, getting coupled to the pump with motor, testing for rated discharge of water including transportation to the site including installation at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L replacement of PLC mother board card suitable for 80 TR AC Plant Make:- Carrier all as per existing specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for De-scaling (3 x 80 TR Condenser) 02 Nos Central AC plant cleaning of chocked pipe water circulating lines including service valves ,condenser (Heat Exchanger) to cooling tower ,circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (Concentrated hydrochloric acid ) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits/scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & as ordered, circulating through pump, servicing of valves, cooling tower, water spray assemble ,cleaning with suitable size of drill rod ,wire brush including dismantling and connection all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/overhauling etc replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage, complete . The condenser unit including Civil work in both side of AC plant room wall and cutting of water pipe line and fixing valve/ flanged with dummy plate, cleaning of condenser pipe line for smooth functioning of other two units all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Charging of nitrogen gas from cylinder to condenser unit including transportation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting to MS pipe line size 100 mm dia of AC plant with synthetic enameled gray paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete as directed by Eng-in- Charge.

Material and labour for painting to MS pipe line size 150mm dia of AC plant with synthetic enameled gray paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete as directed by Eng-in- Charge.

M & L for following works in AC pant Including all chiller unit, compressor ,electrical panel, contactor, checked and set right, controls wiring /inter locking, safety controls complete MSL 01& 02 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Testing of 06 nos chillers (i) Testing for leakage in Refrigerant circuits by N2 gas after collection of refrigerant in chambers and repair leakages if any found in the circuits. (ii) Testing of chilled water pipe circuits, after opening chillers and connected pipe lines, by hydraulic pressure test as per manufactures instructions and repair leakage if any found is the circuits. (iii) Refixing all dismantled parts in original position with proper gaskets, nuts ,bolts, washers etc and testing the overall system with pressure tests and vacuum tst later all as directed for continuous period of 48 hrs. (iv) Cleaning the refrigerant circuits with CTC. flushing the system all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Servicing of electrical panel, compressor, contactor, checked and set right, control wiring/inter locking, safety controls complete.

Supply and lay in replacement of M S Pipes, heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 150mm bore with synthetic enameled gray paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete as directed by Eng-in- Charge.

Material and labour for providing insulation to Chiller pumps/ducting and pipes with suitable insulating material complete as directed by Eng-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Front Mounting add-on block MNX-A1 Make L & T as per existing specification complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of power contact 3 pole MNX-32 Make L & T as per existing specification complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of power contact 3 pole MNX-25 Make L & T as per existing specification complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of power contact 3 pole MNX-22 Make L & T as per existing specification complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and Maintenance, servicing, cleaning and testing complete hot water system including pumps 02 Nos, hot water 02 Nos , connected pipe line, electric panel etc and including replacement of un-serviceable parts if required for smooth functioning of hot water system complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for general check up & preventive maintenance and to fill up preventive check up schedule and B Check Services by Authorised OEM Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , Check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, Check coolant level & make up the same ,Drain the Fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass Connectors for batteries , Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors , changing of V-belts, changing hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, Checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for Satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure, oil temp. , Coolant temp. Voltage, frequency , load current ,Battery charging , fuel consumption etc. as directed by the Engr in charge for 625 KVA DG Set . ( All material required such as oil, filters, Connectors for batteries, V-belts etc for smooth functioning is inclusive in unit rate quoted)

Dismantling the self starter 24 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including pinion, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 2 M length each soldered with 02 Nos gun metal battery terminals suitable or 180 AH and 24 Volts DC supply complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling rubber coupling of DG set and supply and fixing in replacement of rubber coupling for DG set of capacity 625 KVA including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only distilled water in one liter container

Supply only sulphuric acid for lead acid battery in one liter container.

Supply and fixing in replacement of on load changeover of capacity of 800 Amps, 440 Volts, three phase with natural including thimbles nut bolts etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of panel board of DG Set including suitable PVC insulated copper wire, indicator lamps, frequency meter, volt meter , amp meter etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the alternator 24 Volt DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installed in replacement of battery 24 volts 180 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nuts, bolts etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Exide/Sukam/ Microtex/ Okaya/ Amco/ Amron

Repairing radiator for 625 KVA DG set including dismantling from chasses and taking to the workshop for necessary welding / brazing ,cleaning work etc including testing for leaks if any , steam washing the radiator and refixing on the chasses complete all as specified.

Repair/Maintence, servicing of DG set electric panel of capacity 625 KVA installed at MSL shed 1&2 incl replacement of all unserviceable parts of DG electric panel for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of asbestos rope of suitable size at MSL shed 1& 2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for maintenance and repair of door locks, rubber beading of DG set MSL shed 1& 2 for smooth functioning and closing.

( Note :- Capacitors shall be measured & paid separately as supply only under item No. 66 to 72 here-in-after & labour for replacement is inclusive in rate quoted. MCCB if required shall be paid under item No. 73.00 as supply & fix in replacement. All other parts required for smooth functioning are inclusive in unit rate quoted. All earth work reqd for taking out cable for loops for replacement of lugs/thimbles shall deem to be included in quoted rates.)

Material and labour for repair to damaged air duct at MSL 1& 2, 3 & 4, cleaning of old material of existing damaged duct and cover damaged portion with glass wool firstly, than warped glass wool filled in cotton bag and firmly covered with their parts of comment plaster of Paris solution as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying of cables, pipes in soft/loose soil etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out including trimming of sides all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in with the excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick including making crown at the top of the trenches by watering etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified

Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with local tibba dry sand ( one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable all as specified. Notes :- (i) Approved local tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured

Protection to cable with using old retrieved bricks (old retrieved bricks obtained from taking out of cable) one layer of bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angles to the central axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
