Lowering & Lifting of sub/sets from bore by taking out double flanged GI Pipes, submersible P/Set, Cable, cutting of rusted nuts and bolts etc. and requirement of damaged D/F GI Pipes, cable, defective pump set etc. as per site requirement and lowering of sub p/set, sub cable, GI Pipe etc. as required, jointing of cable with pipes and jointing of D/F pipes etc. with nuts bolts and rubber packing etc. The job includes hiring of all T&P, tripod stand, chain pulley block and other material handling equipment’s, Safety gadgets as required and consumable material ( rubber packing and Nut Bolts) will be arranged by the firm as per site requirement

S/O Submersible P/Set dynamically balanced S Steel impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft with protection sleeve duly fitted with flanged tail piece. The pump will be directly coupled with sq. cage sub. Induction motor of 2900 rpm suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 c/s AC supply with efficiency 70% at duty point of following duties : 7.5 HP, Discharge 200-450-600 LPM, head 71-50-29 mtr. MS clamp suitable for holding 50 mm dia GI pipe made from 600x100x12 mm thick MS plate with complete set

F/S of MS bore cover suitable for 300mm dia MS Pipe. The bore well be fabricated with MS flat size 50mm width 5mm thickness and MS sheet 18SWG in 2 half pieces i/c suitable clamping arrangement having internal hole as per requirement

Installation and commissioning of dosing pumps set with proper wall supporting arrangement to hold the pump set , the work includes providing all pipes and special to supply sodium hypo chloride solution properly to main delivery line by making holes with utmost care and make the systems leak proof and testing on full load during the running of pump

Fixing of ms socket of required size by drilling/threading/welding and making it leak proof fixing suitable nozzle for injecting chlorine solution at the time of operation of t/well .

Supply of sodium hypochlorite solution having 9% to 12% available chlorine packed in 35 litre disposable PVC jerry can make:- Chopra/PACL/BIS approved.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Grouting of existing LT Panel with 1:2:4 C:C material. Work includes grouting of both legs with C:C material to provide proper strength.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVS insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 × 1.5 sq. mm + 1 × 1.5 sq. mm. earth wire

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Supply of LED Batten of 40 Watt Make :- Orient/Philips/Bajaj/Havells.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, florescent fitting/ compact florescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/ lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supply of 72Watt LED light. Make of 70 W LED: Bajaj/Crompton/Philips/Havells.

Supply of MS Angle of size 50x50x5mm. (for 01 Tube well MS Angle = 12 Kgs)

Supply of MS Chequered Sheet of thickness 06 mm. (for 01 Tube well MS Sheet = 27 Kgs)

Fabrication/Cutting the MS Chequered Sheet of 06 mm with the help of gas cutter, grinder.

Fabrication of MS angle of size 50x50x5 mm frame with the help of gas cutter, welding machine, grinder and making the frame of roof opening of size 2.6 x 2.6 sq. ft. Welding the above MS chequered sheet on the MS angle frame with hinges and handle for opening.

Fixing the MS Roof cover on the tube well with C:C material in the ratio 1:2:4 and along with other hardware items required as per site requirement.

Painting the complete MS Roof covers first with Primer and then two coats of enamel paint.
