Earthwork in embankment ordianry in foundation in black cotton soil including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming the excavated earth into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as desired by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches

Laying and spreading available soil in the subgrade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator with 2 percent slaked lime having minimum 70 percent of contents of Cao, grading with motor grader and compacting with smooth whteeled road roller at omc to the desired density to form a layer of improved Sub grade as per technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 45 - 63 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4 - 53 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (Medium Setting) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (V.G.-10 Gr.) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface ( treated with Primer) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10 Gr.) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of "Type-C" as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means with VG-10 Gr. grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type "C" as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Brick edging 7 cm wide on both side of road by M-150 bricks I/C all materials, cartage, labour T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface.Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/ Road Stud) (8.35)- Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be Suggestive moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) of Any other sutable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280, The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methacrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.om the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. In addition, a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who cames out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all matenals, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Laying of 80 mm interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand. Joint filled after labling and dressing base including supply of all materails, labours, T&P etc required for proper completion of the site

Cement concrete with 4cm. Gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand cement in the proportion 8:4:1 i/c supply of all material labour and tools plants etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge. S.I.No. 281

Laying of the hume pipe S&S with collars in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:3 withsun i/c labour and T&P etc. reqd. for proper complection of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of NP-3 type 1000mm. Class 150 brick mesonary in 1:4 cement and sand mortar including all materials labour T&P etc. all work complete as per SI No. 305 Chp. 6

Providing & laying of 5.00 cm. thick coaping with c.c 1:2:4 above brick work. SI No. 282
