Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

75mm thick plain Cement concrete type C-1 , 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and hard standing finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each in soft /loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and posts concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in posts, struts etc in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type of 3.15mm dia of wire size, aperture 50mm x 50mm all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of strandard rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. Fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30 hereinbefore but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces / block wall other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and directed.

Preparation of plaster surfaces / stone wall and applying two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of primer on wall including complete removing of existing treatment all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.
