M&L for surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes. Etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as speified and directed by Engineer-in Charge

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as post holes and in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 10 mm wide grooves to full depth at 3 m interval and at every change of direction and filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight and top 10 mm depth sealed with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete Type D–2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass–concrete all as specified and as directed by Enge-in-Charge

M&L for Pre–cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of Type C–1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finish smooth & even without using extra, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick Cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur faces rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of OBD white or tinted on walls over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces ,preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specfied and as directed
