Disconnecting and taking down carefully existing unserviceable DG Set of capacity 180 KVA with all accessories and depositing the same to store yard of AGE E/M (A) Suratgarh complete all as directed.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of Diesel Generating set out door type alongwith having prime mover rating of 180 KVA capacity 415 Volt, AC 3 Phase 04 wire 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 Volt suitable for 50 Hz 3 phase system with micro based control system including in built retrofitting emission control device as per latest IS specification and CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) norms and noise level shall not exceed 75 decibel at distance of 01 Mtr with all standard accessories i.e, tool box & tools including PCC foundation as per recommendation of manufacturer (OEM) and comprising the following :- (a) Diesel Engine :- Diesel Engine 4 stroke water cooled electric start of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for output of alternator at 470C, 50% RH and confirming to IS 10001 engine capable for taking 10% overloading for 1/2 hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories :- (b) Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following:- (i) Start stop switch with key. (ii) Water temperature indication. (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication. (iv) Battery charging indication. (v) RPM indication. (vi) Oil temperature indication. (vii) Low lubrication oil trip indication. (viii) Engine hour indication. (c) Alternator :- Synchronous alternator rated at 180 KVA at 1500 RPM 415 Volt at NTP 0.8 power factor 3 Phase 50 Hz, AC supply confirming to IS 4722. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brush less, continuously self excitation and self regulated as confirming to latest IS suitable for tropical conditions with H Class insulations. M&L for Earthing complete with & including Copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including Copper strip 20x3 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to DG Set / transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing of any type. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F On Load change over switch in sheet steel enclosure with front handle, 630 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed.
