Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Group controller for monitoring the status and working condition of all indoor and outdoor units, The controller shall act as an advanced air conditioning management system to given complete control of VRV/VRF air conditioning equipment with Starting/stopping of air-conditioning as a zone or group of individual units. Temperature setting for each Indoor units of zone, Switching between temperature control modes, switching of the fan speed and direction of airflow, enabling/disabling of individual remote controller operation, Alarm code display in case of any problem. It shall be able to control up to 64 (max. 512 if required) number of Indoor units. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Add Extra for extenders/adaptors compatible with central controller to enable the controller to work with 256 IDU's

Supplying and installation of high-pressure grade required size OEM make copper connection Y or T Joints / refnet for liquid and suction line complete erected on wall/ceiling with supports/raceways, Nitrile rubber insulation, painting etc. with brazing and testing for leakages confirming the normal operation of the VRV / VRF air conditioning system. Gas charging of VRF/VRV system with R410A refrigerant gas. Before gas charging system shall be flushed with high purity Nitrogen Gas to remove carbon content, dirt particles to make sure that there is no chance of mixing any impurity with Refrigerant Gas. Thereafter System shall be tested with Nitrogen Gas at 1.5 Times of working pressure of R410 Refrigerant Gas to ensure leakproof system. Whole system shall be Vacuumed up to 500-micron level which ensures the zero-moisture content level in piping to ensure better cooling efficiency and long life of the system. Supplying and drawing flexible / stranded bare copper conductor, PVC / XLPE insulated, overall aluminium mylar tape shielded ATC drain wire and outer PVC sheathed industrial Instrumentation (shielded)cables voltage grade 300/500 V as per BS /EN 50288-7 in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping / Cable tray / Open Duct making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for cables. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit as per PWD specification for electrical Works along with its accessories (IS: 3419 ) as required in recess including cutting the wall, covering conduit and making good the same as required. All relative and latest acceptance tests reports by any NABL accredited lab for the conduit shall be submitted before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit

Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of breaking capacity not less than 10 KA (B/ C tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement) 4KV impulse withstand voltage, as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked IS 8828(1996) / conforming to IEC 60898-1 2002, IEC 60947-2, low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , conductorline load reversibility, label holding facility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted with existing distribution board/sheets, min. operation 20,000 upto 32 A rating and 10,000 upto 63 A, 5000 for 80 A rating including making connections, testing etc. as required. . OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab test reports before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supply & Fixing of FR PVC insulated & sheathed 3 core flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works confirming to IS:694 and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade .Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( <10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4 including making connection etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections. Supply & fabrication steel structure with MS channel / angle / joist / ISMB / sheet etc. including welding, rivetting, cutting, nut & bolt , one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint etc. as required complete in all respect. Supply , Installation, Testing and Comissioning of Interconnecting refrigerant copper pipe for split of DHE Grade C12200- ASTM B68, B75, chemical composition of copper %- 99.0 Min and Phosphorus %- 0.015 to 0.040 . For Annealed copper tube :- Tensile strength = 210 Mpa wih elongation % = 40 Min . Ink Mark Brand Printing on Hard Tubes should be present. Material Test Certificate required with each supplied material. Piping between each set of indoor & outdoor units of different sizes as per OEM requirement & specifications including chase cutting, supports, making good the same with sand cement plaster etc. as required. Providing and making wall openings in existing Bricks masonary wall complete with all requited T & P ,Scafolding and providing lintel of required size and strength, repairing ,plastering and cleaning the site debrises as required.

Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS : 15778 - 2007) Rigid CPVC drain water piping 6 kg/ cm2 with fittings like elbow, soket, Tee etc & support with MS hanger on ceiling or recessed in wall with chasing & plastering with 6 mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation complete in all respect. Supply & fixing of external thermal closed-cell Nitrile rubber Insulation material FM/UL approved with high water vapor diffusion resistance and low thermal conductivity should be certified 'Class O' in Fire Propagation as per BS 476 Part 6 in form of sheet on duct including cost of adhesive (CPRX Compound) complete as required. Supply & fixing of external thermal closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber Insulation material FM/UL approved with high water vapor diffusion resistance and low thermal conductivity should be certified 'Class O' in Fire Propagation as per BS 476 Part 6 in form of tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specificationsnitrile including cost of adhesive complete as per specification and as required With aluminium foil coating.
