Conditions:
1. All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL.
2. The quantities in BOQ are tentative and may vary up to any extent or be deleted as per the requirement at site.
3. The above quantities shall be executed as per the the list of sub stations (Annex. B) attached, with the maximum expenditure at a particular sub staion as indicated in the list.Any directive given by top officials on work as be obligation to firm. Engineer of the Contract( EOC) shall have right to delete or add sub station in the list enclosed.
4. All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPWD/UPPTCL specification.
5. Rates in BOQ are exclusive of CGST,SGST.Labour tax shall be borne by contractor.
6. Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489(Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used.
7. Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerence shall be measured at actual weight.
8. In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor.The agreement shall be executed on the approved Bill of Quantity only.
9. The 60% amount of bricks recovered from dismentaling will be treated as brick and shall be isued at the half of the SOR rate i.e Rs. 3744.00/thousand + GST to firm /contractor.
10. The 40% amount of bricks recovered from dismentaling will be treated as brick bats and shall be issued at the rate Rs. 1680.00/CuM + GST to firm /contractor.
11. The amount of steel recovered from dismentaling will be recovered (if any) shalll be issued at the rate Rs. 20.00/Kg + GST to firm /contractor.
12. Replaced CP Bib cock/ piller cock/ brass bib cock shall be recovered @ Rs. 25/- each. + GST to firm /contractor.
13. Old door and windows, shutter with chaukhat shall be recovered @ Rs. 70/- per sqmt. + GST to firm /contractor.
