B. DISMANTALING WORK

C. TILE AND GRANITE WORK

DSR (Vol-1)-11.12:Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of sizeup to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) : 11.19.2 Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement, 50% ordinary cement

DSR (Vol-1)-8.9: Stone tile (polished) work for wall lining over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement complete. 8.9.18mm thick. 8.9.1.2 Granite of any colour and shade.

DSR (Vol-1)-11.53: Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge:

D. PAINTING

Job Work: Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

E. HORTICULTURE & PLANTATION

HOR DSR-2.29: Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15 cm to 25 cm and watering the same. HOR DSR-2.29.1: All kinds of soil

HOR DSR-2.13: Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deepand trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling theexcavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure inthe ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%:one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%),flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally finedressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declaredunserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed,within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure orextra earth to be paid for separately)

HOR DSR-2.8: Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

HOR DSR-2.9: Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

HOR DSR-2.28: Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. HOR DSR-2.28.1: All kinds of soil

HOR DSR-2.56: Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premise 30.50% I P. one literpremise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solutionper sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical)and as perdirection of officer-in-charge.and as per direction of officer-in-charge.

HOR DSR-2.14:Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) :
