Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) using second class ground bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm including cost, conveyance of all materials at site and all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) mix to 12mm thick including cost and coveyance of all materials to site finishing curing etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement five sand) mix to 20mm thick including cost and coveyance of all materials to site finishing curing etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports for RCC surfaces such as Column, Plinth beam etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with Mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and side supported by casurina poles of 10cm to 13cm dia. placed at 75cm c/c etc., complete.

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force

RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.
