Class 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour T&P curing etc. required for proper completion of work. (SOR 2020 S.I. No. 6.1.2 )

Same as above item no. 3 but in1:6 cement and C.sand mortar for one brick thick wall in pillar ( SOR-2020 S.I. No. 6.4.2)

Providing and laying of R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") guage approved stone grit in the propration 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone grit) in plinth bend excluding supply of reinforcement necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all labour, material,T & P curing etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of RCC Park railing/ grill size ( 1.50x0.90x0.06M) including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing, Shuttering for slab, beam and lintel including centering, levelling as per direction of E/I.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of E/I.

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar supply of all materials, labour, T&P complete work as per direction of E/I.

Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exteior paint of required shade, new work two or more coat @ 1.67lit/10sqm. Over including painting coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. (ace, adv, walmasta, asian, berger) also including providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction by E/I.

S/F of 'U' type brick gate with M.S. Pannel size 0.90x1.20m including earth work in excavation, Cement concrete 1:6:12, Brick work 1:6, PCC 1:2:4, 12mm thick plaster, MS Iron work, Two coat painting over one coat primer etc complete as per direction by E/I

Supply and fixing of M.S. Iron Gate asper drawing & direction by E/I

Supply, cartage and fixing of RCC benches size (1.80 x 0.60)mt with 3nos padestal including excavation base concrete in 1:4:8, PCC 1:2:4 for fixing of padestal and also including painting complete all as per direction by E/I

Making water connection existing main upto 300mm dia with 25mm dia B Class CPVC pipe including all fitting like MS clamp, brass MTA, solvent & brick post etc complete all work as per direction by E/I
