Earth work excavating for foundation in depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock (or) kankar not requiring blasting as per standard Specification as directed by the Engineer at site.

Earth work excavating and depositing on Bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting, as per standard specification, etc., complete..

Filling the foundation and floor with M Sand including cost of sand, filling charges as per standard specification (watering & consolidation with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

PCC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm HB stone machine crushed metal without form work for plinth including cost of all labour, materials, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 ½ :3 mix for mat concrete using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lofts vibrating charges including cost of shuttering as per standard specification, etc., complete. but excluding cost of steel reinforcement

Reinforced Cement concrete in C.C. 1:1½:3 mix, using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal with form work for Breaker plinth including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lofts vibrating charges including cost of shuttering as per standard specification, etc., complete. (But excluding cost of steel reinforcement.)

Providing steel reinforcement MS/RTS rods upto16mm dia for reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of approved quality of MS Rails (90 LBS) for transformer plinth including in proper alignment and interconnections the two rails with flat on both ends by welding including labour, lead, lift etc. complete, as per standard specification.

Cement Solid Block in CM 1:5 using 15 cm cement Solid block for power transformer fire protection wall including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing,scaffolding charges all leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by Engineer.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick, including cost of cement, labour, curing, all leads and lifts as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer for Plinth exterior surfaces including through scrapping, clan removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required.

Outer colour washing with one coats using ready mixed Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty wherever required.

Dismantling the Wooden doors and cutting the extra portion, fixing of 8mm thick plywood on the Door both sides and finished with Mica sheet and refixing including cost of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts, etc., complete.
