FASD STARTER : Supplying and errecting, assembled fully automatic star delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate squirrel cage induction motor working on 380 to 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz with no volt coil, overload relay and ON OFF push buttons with necessary materials and connected to supply etc. all complete.

Power Distribution Panel : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Power control cum distribution cubical panel board (LT Panel), made of 2 mm thick, MS sheet of suitable size, dust and vermin proof consisting of following accessories.

a) Incoming feeder- 100 A TPN 415V MCCB with thermal release range, adjustable and breaking capacity with rotary operating mechanism handle of make L&T/ SIEMENS/ Schneider- 1no.

b) Outgoing feeder- 63A TP 415V MCCB having thermal release range, adjustable and breaking capacity with rotary operating mechanism handle of make L&T/SIEMENS/ Schneider- 4no. and 1no. Spare feeder.

Panel should be duly painted with two coats super enameled paint of approved colour one coat of red oxide primer and including internally wired with suitable size of copper control wire/cable, etc. all complete.

Cables : Supplying , laying and suitably terminating both ends with following cables:-

(a) Cost of 50 Sq.M.M. x 3.5 core XLPE Aluminum armoured 1.1 KV grade cable including laying on cable tray along gangway from Transformer to LT Panel in the Intakewell pump house.

(b) Cost of 10 Sq.M.M. x 3.0 core XLPE 1.1 KV grade solid/ stranded armoured copper conductor with 6 mm thick cable including laying on wall/floor from LT Panel to Starter & Motors.

Lifting Equipment : - Supplying triple spur gear type chain pulley block suitable for capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 Carrying ISI mark with travelling trolley etc. 3 Tonne Capacity.

Earthing : Providing & erecting earthing for each motors with suitable Copper strip, Copper earth plate, GI pipe, charcoal, salt, etc. all complete as per IE Rule & IS 3043.

Lighting : Supplying and doing electrical wiring and internal and external lighting i.e. lighting of gangway and ESS for Raw water plant with LED luminaries as required and as per direction of E/I.

Additional Items : Supplying and erecting of Lightening Arrester for pump house, Fire fighting system, emergency light, display boards at pumphouse and ESS, safety gadgets e.g. hand gloves, gumboot, helmet, First aid box, insulation pad near each electrical controls and equipments, maintenance and measuring tools, etc. as per requirement & direction of E/I following IE rule.

Electric Sub-Station ( ESS ):- Constructing DP Structre with supplying all materials e.g. different types of M.S channel M.S. angle, welded joint, nut bolts, Air break switch, 3 set horn gap fuses, Drop Out Fuse, LA, Transformers earthing complete set, Disc/ Pin insulator, fuse barrel, 3 sets lightening arrester and , etc. including the cost of fabrication, grouting & P.C.C. foundation block and providing safety arrangements, painting, PCC flooring, making cable ducts, covering by RCC slabs/grilled cover after laying required cables and sand filling, punning, plastering, painting, etc for installation of 1 Nos. 100KVA (11/0.415 KV) transformers, 100 KVA Transformer with Complete Installation as per JBVNL Norms. etc. all complete as per standards, IE rule and direction of E/I.

Raw Water Rising Main

Lowering, laying and fixing in proper alignment and position all types of C.I. air valves as directed by Engineer –in–charge including cost of conveyance from store to site of work, cost of all material and giving satisfactory hydraulic testing etc. complete. FASD STARTER : Supplying and errecting, assembled fully automatic star delta starter, in a provided cubical panel to operate squirrel cage induction motor working on 380 to 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz with no volt coil, overload relay and ON OFF push buttons with necessary materials and connected to supply etc. all complete.

Power Distribution Panel : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Power control cum distribution cubical panel board (LT Panel), made of 2 mm thick, MS sheet of suitable size, dust and vermin proof consisting of following accessories.

a) Incoming feeder- 100 A TPN 415V MCCB with thermal release range, adjustable and breaking capacity with rotary operating mechanism handle of make L&T/ SIEMENS/ Schneider- 1no.
