REPAIRS MAINT AND RESURFACING TO CERTAIN ROADS ROAD SIDE FURNITURE AT RESIDENTIAL AND TECH AREA AT DIAT DU AND MILIT GIRINAGAR PUNE 25

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with 6.80 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.06 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces n. exc 50 mm deep in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and M&L in applying evenly a tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 conforming to IS:W-73:2006 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm of road surface with mechanical sprayer, operated by hot pressure mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 75mm or less thickness (Consolidated thickness) premix bituminous macadam (design mix) with crushed and graded coarse stone aggregate filler (cement) and sand (fine aggregate) mixed with 4% binder content using paving bitumen by VG-30 grade weight of total mix, mixing bituminous macadam in hot mechanical plant and laid with mechanical paver complete rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Premix bituminous mecadam shall be designed as specified and contractor shal quote his rate considering the bitumen content complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 conforming to IS: W-73:2006 paving bitumen content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Mixing of bituminous concrete in Hot mix plant, laying, spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber. (ii) Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and contractor shall quote his rate considering the bitumen contents as specified.

M&L for road marking 2.50 mm thick centre line, Side line, stop line, dashes, arrows, barckets and similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid at temprature 1600 C with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of kerb stone of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar stud aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2 V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturer's insturctions etc complete all as apecified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.
