Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in two layers viz., 10mm and 5mm respectively, mixed with water proofing compound in second layer (i.e., 5mm thick layer) @3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using exta cement, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule. (b) Rendering is to be carried out upto height of 6th floor of the building, hence use of double scaffolding shall be warranted and the quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of this provision.
Supply only water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of old painted surfaces steel surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on from external surfaces of walls / facia / chajjas by steel wire brushes / machine, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots washing with water and applying two coats of premium exterior weather proof antifungal paint as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over and including two coats of external wall care putty 1.5mm each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No. 180 followed by emery paper No. 320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and directed. Make: Apex Ultima of Asian paints, Weather coat all guard from Berger paints / Xtra from Shalimar / Excel top guard by Goodlass Nerolac.

Writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:(apllicable to Sl.Item 1 to 8)The above work is to be carried out upto 6th storey Building and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of this provision.
