Including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls and romove from defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of rtoof treartment (i.e App membrance , Brick tiles,Mud phuska,cement concrete/line concrete etc) Including laping plaster including removing the demolished metrarial from roof out side defence land complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with integrlal water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for avarage 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Laying of 3mm thick prefabricated APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 170 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L applying two coats of water proofing aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as directed.

S & F in repair 300mm, mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.
