Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete in surface channels and drain type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed

M&L for M & L PCC Type B1 1: 2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate )Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as in coping ,kneelers , appex stone etc

M&L machine pressed precast prepolished concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade above 20 mm screed of 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx 30cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed

S & F Plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick and ditto complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in retaining wall ,parapet wall etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No -10.00 but except stone complete all as specified and directed

M&L for boulder fiiling dry, hand packed tightly as in back filling of retaining wall complete all as specified and directed

PVC SWR pipes 75 mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or wheep holes complete all as specified

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses( Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm) complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil etc complete all as specified.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M& L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concerete etc complete all as specified.

M& L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) quality -A etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed screwed bothe ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed 9each line wire to measured) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link fencing mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provn of binidng wire complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling unframed fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified

Amount of credit of Rs. 59250.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
