Improvement of Old NH-5 Balasore Bypass road from 0/000 km to 2/678 km in the district of Balasore under State plan for the year 2025-26.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil for road works with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & camber for road work or dressing of sides and bottom for foundation of structures and loading into tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required etc complete in all respect as per clause 301 & 304 of Specification for road & bridge work of MORT&H (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II ) using 60/70 grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No.106, 108, 111, 112, 501, 503 , 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying mastic asphalt concrete of 25mm thick premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road and Bridge works (5th revision)

Vetrified Industrial floor Tile of Premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm conforming to IS: 4457 of size 300mm x 300mm including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over stone masonry as per section-1400 & 2200 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, T&P etc complete.

Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on bituminous surface by providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm.is exclusive of surface applied glass beads The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per IRC: 35

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973.

Painting on concrete surface with two coats of Enamel paint to unplaster concrete surface of approved shade for finished item of work including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
