Providing and applying primer coat/tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60Kg/M2 using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work

Providind and laying "BITUMINOUS MACADAM" with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transportred to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works. Data for 205 Cum (450 Tonne)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work. (Data for 195 Cum (450T)

Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with refleat glass beads on bituminious surface etc complete.

Dismantlling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debries within 50mtr lead.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50mtr. initial lead and 1.50mtr initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed

Filling in foundation with sand well watered & rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. complete of all materials to work site as the specification approved by the department and direction of Engg-in-charge.

C:C: (1:4:8) using 4 cm. size H.G. (H.B) metal including the cost of all materials, labour carriage, royalty etc complete.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Bliocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mmm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-35 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete.
