The first layer shall be prepared as per manufacturer instructions, relevant IS code and Engineering practices. The complete work of this item shall be executed only by a skilled labour of the trade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 2 coat of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over & incl one coat of primer from the same manufacturer on external walls / ceiling surfaces after preparation of surface by wall care putty on New surface all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Apex ultima from Asian, Acroguard 3X from Acro Paints or equivalent from approved list of makes.

M&L polymer modified cement bonding coat, prepared and applied on the concrete/masonry surface with 1 part of Sika latex with 4 part of water and 6 part of cement by weight (Coverage Sika latex 0.25 kg/sqm for one coat at all heights levels) Adhesive bond strength not less than 2.5 MPa. (Make :- Sika/BASE Fosroc/Dr Sunanda) including chipping of the loose concrete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & incl. 2 coats of 1.5 mm thick wall care putty to provide silky smooth finish after preparation of new plastered wall surface finished the smooth surface of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, bore of pipe 150mm including necessary excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus soil and rubbish out side of the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe of 150 mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Covering CI pipes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 20mm graded stone aggregate admixed with integral WPC conplast WL (Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd). (b) Drilling 50mm deep holes at a distance of 1m c/c and cleaned with water and air, fixing nozzles of 12mm dia on drilled holes, injecting non shrink cement slurry at a pressure of 40 psi and nipples plugged with quick setting compounds. (c) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastromeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (d) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC conplast WL after ponding test for a period for 72 hours of sunken floor . (e)GI tubing 40 mm dia of mrdium grade for spout of 150 Cm long for each sunken floor. Note :- Plastered surface area shall only be measured for the purpose of payment. WPC compund used shall be as mentioned above or equivalent from approved list of makes.
