Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed and as specified.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of surplus soil/rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade 80 mm dia complete with all fitting laid in ground/trench all as directed and as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor including channels, insulators etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of LT panel 'KIOSK type' cubical, weather, dust and vermin proof (out door type) CPRI approved factory made suitable for operation on 1100 volts 3 phase, 4wire, 50 HZ AC electric supply, externally powder coated & internally painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red-oxide primer, made out of 3mm thick CRCA steel sheet as size having opening and locking arrangement both from front and back side with cable tray of size not less than 20cm including copper busbar size 50x10 mm, fixing on angle iron size of 50x50x6mm including connected accessories and necessary PCC work 1:3 :6 type C-2 blocks complete with following accessories :- (i) MCCB 400 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 kA, Adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 01 No (Incoming).

(ii) MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 35 kA, Fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 02 Nos (Outgoing). (iii) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 25 kA, Fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 01 No (Outgoing). (iv) MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, 25 kA, Fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting - 02 Nos (Outgoing). (v) S&F multi function digital meter with LCD display including PT and CT having CTR 50/5 (Parameters : V, A, F, PF, kW, kVA, KWh, kVAh, kVARh) - 01 No. (vi) Indicators with neon lamp with RYB shade,240 volts 50 c/s of suitable capacity resistance - 01 set. (vii) Internal wiring with suitable size PVC insulated single core copper cable for connecting instruments-01 lot

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in their main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including necessary excavation disintegrated hard rock filling earth of 15 mm thick and provision of earth pit, provision of 20mm dia eith funel PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : GI earth wire upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for MS box double door with locking arrangement of suitable size CPRI approved factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof, double door with including Neoprene rubber gasket, externally powder coated and internally painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for make necessary arrangement with locking arrangement in front for mounting of 4 Nos of 3 phase electric meters, 01 No of single phase electric meter, VTPN DB 4 way, cables incoming and outgoing arrangement including grouted in wall and making surface good as per existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate quoted should be including block masonry, plastering and painting works to match the existing surface

Supply & Fixing in repairs of MCB 6 to 32 Amps, Single pole, braking capacity 10KA, C series (ISI Marked) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB 32 Amps, Triple Pole, C Series, 10 KA, 415 volts all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs MCB 32 Amps, Triple Pole Neutral, braking capacity 10KA, C series (ISI Marked) all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs sheet metal enclosure DB, 6 way, TPN, double door factory made powder coated including fixed on wall and making surface good and painting to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs MCCB (DB) Vertical TPN 4 way double door with suitable size of bus bar link and including 100 Amps rated MCCB with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 3 Phase, 4 wire KWH electronic meter temper proof of rating 10 to 60 Amps with port conforming to IS : 133779 including LCD display and removing old meters and deposited in MES store yard all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing submain wiring with 4 Runs of 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, FRLS copper conductor cable drawn in and including 25/32mm wide PVC conduit concealed and caping with all accessories as required along with 1 run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) 04 run of 6.0 sqmm and 01 run of 6 sqmm including 01 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length. (ii) Rate is inclusive of cutting / chases of wall/floor/ceiling and making good the surface.
