Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : Complete outside Spray Painting of Following Transformers including its Main Tank, Main & OLTC Conservator Tank, Radiators, OLTC Operating Mechanism Box, Marshalling Box etc. by 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of Light Grey Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC make with the help of Spray Painting Machine after due Rubbing of the Rusted / Scaled Surfaces with Sand Paper & Wire Brush and Cleaning & Washing of the Dust / Dirt / Oil Deposits etc. from the Surfaces : (a) 40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F - I & II

Spray Painting of Following Equipment’s by 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and then Applying 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is Done & Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of Light Grey Colour 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of ASIAN / BERGER / NEROLAC make with the help of Spray Painting Machine after due Rubbing of the Rusted / Scaled Surfaces with Sand Paper & Wire Brush and Cleaning & Washing of the Dust / Dirt / Oil Deposits etc. from the Surfaces : (a) 132KV SF6 C.B.
