Concreting of supports with cement, concrete (CC will be of cement coarse sand & Stone Grit) Grouting will be done with the help of wooden/steel formers in a block of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 1/6 of the full length of the support in the CC 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level as per RESPO/ RES. drawing including back filling and proper ramming.

Earthing of supports with Earth Electrode 2.5 mtr. length including excavation of pit and driving M.S. Rod upto proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of 6 SWG G.I. Wire and earthing lugs. RESPO/ RES. drawing.Earthing of each section pole is also to be done. (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Erection/fixing for 33 KV Stay set with stay wire 7/8 SWG and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clambing, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in size 0.60x0.60x0.3 mtr. ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and concrete (CC will be of cement coarse sand & Stone Grit). (All type of clamps nut & bolt, washer to be provided by contractor.)

Laying, spreading, lifting, Stringing, jointing and final sagging of ACSR Dog Conductor in accordance with profiles and sag chart including binding, jumpering and fixing of all accessories in 3 nos. conductor in parallel with PG Clamp binding wire etc as requested for job.

Guarding between two poles like single/double/Tri./Four Poles etc. to guardLT/11 KV/Telephone lines, Road/River Crossing etc. with G.I. Wire 6 SWG and G.I. Wire 8 SWG including fixing of guarding channel of requested site with clamps and nuts and bolts as per RESPO/ RES. drawing

Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of job. (All materials to be provided by Contractor).

Drilling and Laying of 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV, XLPE insulated U/G Cable in HDPE Pipe size of 150 mm dia (Pipe to be laid by HDD method) single circuit below minimum 1.5 mtr. Depth from ground level. (All material include HDPE Pipe to be provided by contractor).

Drilling and Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 Sqmm XLPE Cable (single circuit) by drilling method depth minimum1.5 mtr. Depth from ground level. (All material include HDPE Pipe to be provided by contractor).

Laying & dressing of 33 KV 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE cable (Double CKT.) by excavation of trench in the ground of size 700mm wide, 1200mm deep providing 150mm fine sand cushion below the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & stone slab and refilling & ramming of the left out soil. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring and sealing both ends of the cable. (All decentralised materials to be provided by Contractor).

Laying of 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV, XLPE insulated U/G Cable in HDPE/G.I. Pipe size of 150 mm dia single circuit in open spaces with proper clamping, bolting and grouting (All material include HDPE Pipe to be provided by contractor).

Hoisting of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole including G.I. pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long and its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts. (All material include GI Pipe to be provided by contractor).
