Repair to bore holes in core cutting of existing rigid/flexible pavement of dispersal/ runway/ PTT upto 150 mm depth and superficial area not exc.2000 sqmm each, cleaning the bore holes in core cutting with hand brushes or water under pressure and drying with compressed air etc. filling the bore holes in core cutting with premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC),Gde-II, with 6% binder content (Polymer Modified Bitumen,PMB-40),complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan 1200 mm/1400 mm sweep,sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES:- (Applicable for BOQ Serial Item No. 228 and 229 here in before) (i) The Contractor shall provide the following comprehensive services arising out of wear and tear of the normal running of DG Sets (ii) Preventive and Corrective Maintenance : The authorised Service Engineer of OEM or OEM Certified agencies shall visit the site once in four months i.e. quarterly for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on all the units installed at site. This includes maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts/sub-assemblies. The preventive maintenance report will be as per the Original Equipment Manufacturer's instructions and as specified in Particular Specification. The Contractor may claim payment on monthly basis. In that case the payment shall be made with pro-rata basis on quoted rates. (iii) Breakdown Maintenance : The Authorised Service Engineer of OEM or OEM Certified Agencies will carry out all breakdown maintenance after receiving information (written or oral) from GE (AF) Tezpur officials or their representatives, The OEM's authorised service representative or OEM certified agencies will carry out the required repairs of the units and appraise GE, Engineer-in-Charge and JE the status of the break down repair at site. No payment shall be made on account of any breakdown service during comprehensive maintenence period. (iv) Calibration of fuel injection system,servicing of injector nozzles,repair of radiator,overhauling of self starter,replacement of engine wiring system and top overhauling of engine,the scope of which are already included in this BOQ will be excluded from the scope of work under these items. (v) Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ.

Taking down carefully,radiator and water pump assembly from engine of DG Set of Capacity 320KVA for repairing, brazing in leaking points of circulatory pipe line,upper & lower tanks of the radiator assembly if any,descaling and cleaning throughly tanks & circulatory pipeline,cleaning of fins of radiator assembly and water pump internally,including replacement of defective spares as required and including reinstallation of the radiator and water pump assembly in original position including testing and commissioning,complete all as specified and directed.

Calibrating fuel injector system to simulate closely the function of fuel injectors in the fuel injection system of diesel (compression-ignition) engine of 35 KVA capacity DG Set in order to comply with the higher injection pressures,including replacement of minor spares,repair and servicing of injector nozzles,complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of Self Starter 24 Volts of DG Set of capacity 320 KVA by opening up,cleaning of parts,lubrication and replacement of defective parts including re-assembling all as required for smooth functioning of self starter,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cost of minor spares such nuts,bolts,screws,washers, insulation sleeves, lugs,lubricants etc. required for maintenance shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ. (iii) Spares replaced shall be guaranteed for two years. (iv) Self starter shall be tested in presence of Engineer in Charge and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
