Providing and applying synthetic enamel paint in three coats (for wood work like Doors and Windows) over a coat of primer for the both sides of the doors and choukat/frame, partition, wooden ceiling etc. including minor repairs to the wooden ceiling all charges, etc. complete as directed by site incharge

Earthwork excavation including side cutting and bottom leveling for the foundation for laying laterite stone pavement including cutting, carrying earth etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing rubble soling in foundation with hard laterite stone including watering, ramming and consolidating, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and laying C. C. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 basaltic or granitic aggregate) in foundation including carrying materials, mixing, compacting curing, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and constructing of gutter in laterite stone masonry with laterite stones of size: 0.35 x 0.25 x 0.20 m in CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) including laying, dressing, mixing, lifting, carrying materials, curing, etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing 20mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) for the gutter including mixing, carrying materials, curing, etc complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and fixing pre-cast RCC drain cover of size: 750 x 400 x 150mm in concrete grade M25 including consolidation by means of mechanical platform, vibration, etc with lifting hook of MS 10mm bars and PVC cups including reinforcement, etc supply and laying, transportation, cover complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing wooden Railing by using teak wood vertical member of height 0.78 mtr of size: 4.7” x 2.17” and horizontal members of size: 4.7” x 3” on top and 7.5” x 3.5” on bottom with solid wooden base of size 40 x 5 x 5 cm with wheels to prevent entry of visitors including preparing moulding/design, supplying, fitting, fixing etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Preparing and fixing wooden plywood ramps of size: 2.00 x 0.45m by using marine plywood of 19mm thick with horizontal plywood support including cutting, fixing, fitting, lifting, placing in position, nailing etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Repairing the door by carefully removing and replacing the damaged/decayed wooden portion with properly giving support and scaffolding with the new ones by using 20% 1st class teak wood of 9cm thick wherever damaged, MS flat patti of size: 100 x 10mm for hinges, 50 x 6mm for U shaped supporting both sides for support and circular aldrop, bush, nuts and bolts, MS bush for hinges (of 75mm length 40mm dia) rivets as required and fixing the same including providing and fixing temporary door during the repairing period of the existing door, removing the old faded paint from the door shutter carefully without damaging the wood door shutter and preparing the new mended wooden piece as per the original design, carefully fixing the same with all charges, etc. complete as directed by site incharge.
