UPGRADATION OF VISITORS AMENITIES AT WAZIRPUR COMPLEX, NEW DELHI

Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (All kinds of soil).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Random rubble stone pitching in the pathway with 25mm thick lime mortar is combination mortar 1:1:1 (U/L lime, : 1 Surkhi, 1 C. Sand) including pointing of joints with in lead approx 100mtr

Providing and laying of lime concrete in floor 20 to 25 mm brick ballast of well burnt ) mixed with 50% lime morter in ratio of 1:1:1 (1-U.Katni lime , 1-surkhi,1-C.sand )

Random rubble stone masonry with hard stone in lime mortar in 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 c.sand) mixed with binding materials such as belgiri, gur, gum including cleaning, curing & carriage of water & materials with in a lead upto 100mtr approx.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zoneIII) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (As per DSR 2023 code 10.25.2

Provision for providing MS Portable Toilet cabin for ladies and gents, requirement for gents toilet 2Urinal and 2WC, 2WC in ladies toilet, 1WC-Disabled toilet with washbasin and all other accessories of lighting ,exhaust , water tank etc complete in cabin. size of cabin should be (20'x8ft size) as per approved design of cabin and matching color to monument

Provision for providing Porta cabin of size (6'x8''x8.5' for Guard Room), (12'x8'x8.5' for Staff), (6'x6'x8.5' for RO), structure made of Puff panel with provision of door and window light and wall fan etc to be include with transportation at site, also panel color matching with structure
